A. If the flight crew has reported an uncommanded engine start or an uncommanded engine rotation with the ENG/MASTER 1 control switch (3KC) not set in the "ON" position:
(3) Try to reproduce the uncommanded start in the same conditions as reported by the flight crew.
(4) Note the values of ECU label 273 bit 19, 20, 21 & 22.
(5) If the engine starts, stop the engine AMM 71-00-00-710-028 and go to Para 4.C.
(6) If the engine do not start, put the aircraft in normal configuration and go to Para 4.B.
Subtask 80-00-00-810-183-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT ALL ENGINE OPERATING AREAS ARE AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. ALL RAMPS, TAXIWAYS, RUNWAYS AND OTHER OPERATING AREAS MUST BE VERY CLEAN TO PREVENT BAD DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE, AIRCRAFT AND PERSONS IN THE AREA.
(1) Request flight crew report and especially the cockpit configuration: - ENG/MASTER 1 control switch (3KC) position,
- Rotary Selector position,
- ENG/MAN START/1 pushbutton switch (9KS1) position.
Identify the action that has led to the engine to automatically start and how the start sequence has been stopped.
B. If the uncommanded start cannot be reproduced:
(1) Do the operational test of the engine interface unit through the CFDS AMM 73-25-34-710-040.
