3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 77-30-00-710-069-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Test
Do the operational test of the Engine Vibration Monitoring Unit (EVMU) through the Centralized Fault Display System (CFDS) AMM 77-32-34-710-040.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 77-30-00-810-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message ENG 2 SECOND ACCEL:

do a check of the wiring from the EVMU (2EV) to the TRF vibration sensor (4003EV) pins AB/1C, 2D to pins AA/2, 3 ASM 773202.

(1) If there is no continuity:

repair the above wiring.

(2) If there is continuity:

Replace the SENSOR-TRF VIB [4003EV] , AMM 77-31-30-000-001 and AMM 77-31-30-400-001.
If No. 1 bearing vibration sensor operates correctly, configure the accelerometer to get data from No. 1 bearing vibration sensor AMM 77-32-34-869-041.

(3) If the fault continues:

replace the EVMU [2EV] , AMM 77-32-34-000-040 and AMM 77-32-34-400-040.

Subtask 77-30-00-810-060-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message ENG 2 SECOND ACCEL:

do a check of the wiring from the EVMU (2EV) to the TRF vibration sensor (4003EV) pins AB/1C, 2D to pins AA/2, 3 ASM 773202.

(1) If there is no continuity:

repair the above wiring.

(2) If there is continuity:

Replace the SENSOR-TRF VIB [4003EV] , AMM 77-31-30-000-002 and AMM 77-31-30-400-002.
If No. 1 bearing vibration sensor operates correctly, configure the accelerometer to get data from No. 1 bearing vibration sensor AMM 77-32-34-860-041.

(3) If the fault continues:

replace the EVMU [2EV] , AMM 77-32-34-000-042 and AMM 77-32-34-400-042.

B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
