A. Test
· do a check of the resistance value of the Artificial Feel Unit to make sure that it is correct Ref.
AMM 76-11-00-820-041 .
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 76-11-00-810-074-A
A. If the resistance value is not correct :
· adjust the Artificial Feel Unit Ref. AMM 76-11-00-820-041 .
(1) If the fault continues :
· do a General Visual Inspection of the Throttle Control System Ref. AMM 76-11-00-210-040 .
· repair or replace the component as necessary.
· do the Fault Confirmation test and adjust as necessary.
(2) If the fault continues :
· install the RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20206080) in the Throttle Control Unit.
· disconnect the upper rod at the Throttle Control Lever connection Ref. AMM 76-11-41-000-041 .
· move the Throttle Control Lever to make sure that it moves freely.
(a) If the Throttle Control Lever does not move freely :
· replace the Throttle Control Lever Assembly Ref. AMM 76-11-41-000-041 Ref.
AMM 76-11-41-400-041 .
· connect the upper rod at the Throttle Control Lever connection Ref. AMM 76-11-41-000-041 .
· remove the RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20206080) from the Throttle Control Unit.
· do the Fault Confirmation test and adjust as necessary.
(b) If the Throttle Control Lever moves freely :
· connect the upper rod at the Throttle Control Lever connection Ref. AMM 76-11-41-400-041 .
· disconnect the lower rod at the Throttle Control Unit connection Ref. AMM 76-11-19-000-041 .
· move the Throttle Control Lever and make sure that the resistance value is correct Ref.
AMM 76-11-00-820-041 .
1 If the resistance value is not correct :
· replace the Throttle Control Artificial Feel Unit Ref. AMM 76-11-17-000-041 Ref.
AMM 76-11-17-400-041 .
· connect the lower rod at the Throttle Control Unit connection Ref.
AMM 76-11-19-400-041 .
· remove the RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20206080) from the Throttle Control Unit.
· do the Fault Confirmation test and adjust as necessary.
2 If the resistance value is correct :
· replace the Throttle Control Unit Ref. AMM 76-11-19-000-041 Ref.
AMM 76-11-19-400-041 .
· remove the RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20206080) from the Throttle Control Unit.
· do the Fault Confirmation test and adjust as necessary.
