3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 76-11-00-710-084-A
A. Make sure that the warning message ENG THR LEVERS NOT SET appeared when the thrust control
levers were in the correct position.
NOTE: This warning tells the crew that the flex temperature or the derated take off level is not set at take
off . This warning is an operational warning, if the warning appears and it is sure that the thrust
control levers are in an incorrect position. In this case, no maintenance action is necessary.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 76-11-00-810-073-A
A. If the warning message appeared and the thrust control levers were in the correct position, do the
procedure that follows:
(1) Adjust the mechanical linkage Ref. AMM 76-11-00-820-040 .
(2) Do the operational test of the throttle control unit Ref. AMM 76-11-00-710-040 .
(a) Replace the CTL UNIT-THROTTLE, ENG 1 ( 8KS1 ) and CTL UNIT-THROTTLE, ENG
2 ( 8KS2 ) as necessary Ref. AMM 76-11-19-000-041 and Ref. AMM 76-11-19-400-041 .
(3) If the throttle control unit is not faulty and if a flex take off was done:
(a) Replace the SENSOR-P2/T2 ( 4014KS ) Ref. AMM 73-22-11-000-010 and Ref.
AMM 73-22-11-400-010 .
(4) Else, monitor the display of the ECAM warning message "ENG THR LEVERS NOT SET" in
subsequent flights. [Rev.6 from Feb 2017] 2026.04.04 04:37:28 UTC
