A. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the EIU 1 with the CFDS Ref. AMM 73-25-34-710-042 .
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 75-41-00-810-052-A
A. If the operational test gives the maintenance message NAC TEMP SENSOR 1 4008KS1:
· examine the harness Ref. AMM 71-50-00-210-010 from the nacelle temperature sensor (4008KS) to
the EIU 1 (1KS1) Ref. ASM 73-25-07.
(1) If the fault continues:
· disconnect the connector from the nacelle temperature sensor (4008KS).
· examine the connector and receptacle Ref. AMM 71-50-00-210-010 .
· connect the connector to the nacelle temperature sensor (4008KS) Ref. AMM 70-23-15-912-010 .
(2) If the fault continues:
· replace the SENSOR-NACELLE TEMPERATURE ( 4008KS ) , Ref. AMM 75-41-15-000-010 and
Ref. AMM 75-41-15-400-010 .
(3) If the fault continues:
· replace the EIU-1 ( 1KS1 ) , Ref. AMM 73-25-34-000-041 and Ref. AMM 73-25-34-400-041 .
(4) If the fault continues:
· do a check and repair the wiring from the EIU 1 (1KS1) to the nacelle temperature sensor
(4008KS) .
. pin AA/10B to pin A/1 Ref. ASM 73-25-07.
· do a check and repair the wiring from the nacelle temperature sensor (4008KS) pin A/3 to the
ground Ref. ASM 73-25-07.
