3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 73-25-00-710-521-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Do the test as follows:
   (1) Make sure the ENG/MASTER control switch (2KC) is in the OFF position.
   (2) Do the operational test of the Engine Interface Unit (EIU) with the Centralized Fault Display System (CFDS) to confirm this fault AMM 73-25-34-710-802.
   (3) If the fault is confirmed go to the Para. 4.
   (4) If the fault is not confirmed, put the ENG/MASTER control switch (2KC) in the ON position.
   (5) Do again the operational test of the EIU with the CFDS to confirm this fault AMM 73-25-34-710-802.
4. Fault Isolation
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS ARE OPEN BEFORE YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK ON THIS SYSTEM WIRING. THE VOLTAGE ON THIS SYSTEM IS DANGEROUSLY HIGH AND CAN CAUSE SEVERE INJURY.
Subtask 73-25-00-810-382-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If there is confirmation of the fault:
   (1) Replace EIU-2 [1KS2] AMM 73-25-34-000-802 and AMM 73-25-34-400-802.
   (2) Do the test given in Para. 3. with the ENG/MASTER control switch (2KC) in the position that confirmed the fault.
   (3) If the fault continues:
     (a) Troubleshoot as follows:

B. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Check for harness fault:
   (1) Open the fan cowl doors AMM 71-13-00-010-802.
   (2) Use a PLIERS - JAWED, SOFT to disconnect connector (P403) and check for tension at pin 31 of connector (403VC2).
   (3) If there is tension at pin 31 of connector (403VC2):
     (a) Repair or replace aircraft wiring AWM 743102.
     (b) Do the test given in Para. 3.
   (4) If there is no tension:
     (a) Disconnect connector (P101) and check for tension at pin 1 connector (J101).
       1 If there is tension:
         a Replace HARNESS-FAN, WF01 [4217KS] AMM 73-21-61-000-802 and AMM 73-21-61-400-802.
         b Do the test given in the Para. 3. with the ENG/MASTER control switch (2KC) in the OFF position.
       2 If there is no tension:
         a Replace W03 HARNESS [4087KS] AMM 73-21-63-000-802 and AMM 73-21-63-400-802.
         b Do the test given in the Para. 3. with the ENG/MASTER control switch (2KC) in the OFF position.
   (5) If necessary, connect connectors (P403) and (P101).
5. Close-up
Subtask 73-25-00-860-122-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the fan cowl doors AMM 71-13-00-410-802.
Subtask 73-25-00-865-129-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Make sure the ENG/MASTER control switch (2KC) is in the OFF position.
