3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 73-25-00-710-438-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Do the operational test of the Engine Interface Unit (EIU) with the Centralized Fault Display System (CFDS) to confirm this fault AMM 73-25-34-710-802.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 73-25-00-810-262-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If there is confirmation of the fault:
(1) Check the status of EIU-2 discrete input for engine version AMM 73-25-34-860-806.
(a) Check that status of ENG VERSION LEAP 1A is 0.
(b) Check that status of ENG VERSION GTF is 1.
(c) If any status is not correct, remove the EIU-2 AMM 73-25-34-000-802.
1 At connector AA, check for ground at pin 3E.
2 Check that pin 3D is not used.
3 Repair the Aircraft wiring as necessary AWM 732504.
4 Do the test given in Para. 3.
(d) If status are correct or if fault continues:
1 Replace EIU-2 [1KS2] AMM 73-25-34-000-802 and AMM 73-25-34-400-802.
2 Do the test given in Para. 3.

5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
