3. Fault Isolation
(Ref. Fig. P2/T2 Sensor SHEET 1)
Subtask 73-22-00-810-140-A
A. If the following maintenance messages were found:
· P2T2/ADIRS1/2/EEC1 and
· ADIRS1/HC/EEC1.
Do the trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM 73-20-00-810-891) .
Subtask 73-22-00-810-141-A
B. If the following maintenance messages were found:
· P2T2/ADIRS1/2/EEC1 and
· ADIRS2/HC/EEC1.
Do the trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM 73-20-00-810-893) .
Subtask 73-22-00-810-142-A
C. If the maintenance message P2T2/ADIRS1/2/EEC1 (Fault Acronym T2SSF) was found:
NOTE: This fault can only be set during flight.
(1) Do an inspection of the P2/T2 sensor Ref. AMM 73-22-11-200-010 :
· If acceptable, continue to step (2).
· If a problem is found, repair or replace as necessary and return the engine to service.
(2) Do an inspection of the harness Ref. AMM 71-50-00-210-010 from the EEC (4000KS) to the
SENSOR-P2/T2 ( 4014KS ) , Ref. ASM 73-25-18.
· If acceptable, continue to step (3).
· If a problem is found, repair or replace as necessary and return the engine to service.
(3) Do a wiring check of the SENSOR-P2/T2 ( 4014KS ) by the steps that follow:
(a) Disconnect connectors 4012VC, 4013VC and from the SENSOR-P2/T2 ( 4014KS ) .
(b) Examine the connector and receptacle Ref. AMM 71-50-00-210-010 .
(c) Connect connectors 4012VC, 4013VC and to the SENSOR-P2/T2 ( 4014KS ) Ref.
AMM 70-23-15-912-010 .
· If no fault is found, continue to step (4).
· If a fault is found, repair or replace as necessary and return the engine to service.
(4) Do a review of the maintenance records for recent replacement of the P2/T2 sensor.
(a) If the P2/T2 sensor was recently replaced, continue to step (5).
(b) If the P2/T2 sensor was not recently replaced, replace the SENSOR-P2/T2 ( 4014KS ) Ref.
AMM 73-22-11-000-010 and Ref. AMM 73-22-11-400-010 and return the engine to service.
(5) Do a review of the maintenance records for recent replacement of the ADIRU-1 (1FP1).
(a) If the ADIRU-1 ( 1FP1 ) was recently replaced, continue to step (6).
(b) If the ADIRU-1 ( 1FP1 ) was not recently replaced, replace the ADIRU-1 ( 1FP1 ) Ref.
AMM 34-12-34-000-001 and Ref. AMM 34-12-34-400-001 and return the engine to service.
(6) Do a review of the maintenance records for recent replacement of the ADIRU-2 ( 1FP2 ) .
(a) If the ADIRU-2 ( 1FP2 ) was recently replaced, continue to step (7).
(b) If the ADIRU-2 ( 1FP2 ) was not recently replaced, replace the ADIRU-2 ( 1FP2 ) Ref.
AMM 34-12-34-000-001 and Ref. AMM 34-12-34-400-001 and return the engine to service.
(7) Replace the EEC ( 4000KS ) Ref. AMM 73-22-34-000-010 and Ref. AMM 73-22-34-400-010 .
4. Close-up
Subtask 73-22-00-860-177-A
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) On the ECAM control panel, set the UPPER DISPLAY and LOWER DISPLAY potentiometers to OFF.
Ref. AMM 31-60-00-860-002 .
(2) On panel 50VU, push the ENG FADEC GND PWR 1 pushbutton switch.
(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
Ref. AMM 24-41-00-862-002 .
