Subtask 73-20-00-710-298-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the FADEC 1B on the ground (with engine non motoring) AMM 73-29-00-710-040.
(2) Do the LRU identification through the MCDU AMM 73-21-60-740-006 and check that the data corresponds to the engine configuration.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Do the operational test of the FADEC 1B on the ground (with engine non motoring) AMM 73-29-00-710-040.
(2) Do the LRU identification through the MCDU AMM 73-21-60-740-006 and check that the data corresponds to the engine configuration.
Subtask 73-20-00-810-258-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message J14, ECU (ENG IDENT):
(b) After 30 seconds, set the ENG/MASTER 1 control switch (3KC) to ON.
1 If the fault continues:
Subtask 73-20-00-710-299-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - do a check for the loose or missing identification connector at the ECU1 connector J14 receptacle.
- reset the ECU1 (4000KS) as follows:
(b) After 30 seconds, set the ENG/MASTER 1 control switch (3KC) to ON.
1 If the fault continues:
- replace the J14 engine identification connector AMM 73-21-90-000-002 and AMM 73-21-90-400-002.
- replace the ECU [4000KS] AMM 73-21-60-000-001 and AMM 73-21-60-400-001.
- read the LRU IDENTIFICATION report of the engine 1 AMM 73-21-60-740-006,
- check that the engine identification connector installed on the engine meets the specific engine configuration (rating, N1 trim, system configuration, etc...).
- replace the J14 engine identification connector AMM 73-21-90-000-002 and AMM 73-21-90-400-002.
- check for correct programming of the J14 engine identification connector AMM 73-21-90-000-002 and AMM 73-21-90-400-002.
- replace the J14 engine identification connector AMM 73-21-90-000-002 and AMM 73-21-90-400-002.
- replace the ECU [4000KS] AMM 73-21-60-000-001 and AMM 73-21-60-400-001.
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
