A. Test
   (1) Do the operational test of the FADEC 2B on the ground (with engine non motoring) AMM 73-29-00-710-040.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 71-50-00-810-075-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message J3:
  • do a visual check of the connector J3 at the ECU (4000KS) for integrity ASM 732512.
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for open circuit at the harness J3 between pins 6 and 31.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • replace the RELAY - A/THR 2 INST DISC ASM 732512.
   (3) If the fault continues:

A. If the test gives the maintenance message J3 (INSTINCT DISC):
  • do a visual check of the connector J3 at the ECU (4000KS) for integrity ASM 732512.
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for open circuit at the harness J3 between pins 6 and 31.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • replace the RELAY - A/THR 2 INST DISC ASM 732512.
   (3) If the fault continues:

A. If the test gives the maintenance message J3 (INSTINCT DISC):
  • do a visual check of the connector J3 at the ECU (4000KS) for integrity ASM 732512.

   (2) If the fault continues:
  • replace the RELAY - A/THR 2 INST DISC ASM 732512.
