A. Investigate the Engine after a No Oil Pressure event
(1) Using the Multipurpose Control and Display Unit (MCDU) test the FADEC system for any recorded faults AMM 73-21-00-710-806.
(2) Any EEC monitored faults are transmitted to the aircraft Centralized Fault Display Interface Unit (CFDIU). The MCDU allows interactive dialog with the EEC. Use the MCDU to review the previous flight leg fault information, scheduled maintenance fault information and ground fault information. If there are any faults reported troubleshoot them first.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Using the Multipurpose Control and Display Unit (MCDU) test the FADEC system for any recorded faults AMM 73-21-00-710-806.

Use the MCDU to review the previous flight leg fault information, scheduled maintenance fault information and ground fault information. If there are any faults reported troubleshoot them first.
WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO WORK ON THE ENGINE AFTER SHUTDOWN. THE ENGINE CAN STAY HOT FOR A LONG TIME. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS WARNING, INJURY CAN OCCUR.
Subtask 71-00-00-810-148-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL A. Do the steps that follow:
(1) Inspect the oil filter element AMM 79-00-00-210-809.
(2) Inspect the fan drive gearbox system AMM 72-15-00-200-801.
(3) If there is a report of engine oil temperature high, do an inspection of the engine (after engine oil over temperature) AMM 72-00-00-210-811.
(4) If the maintenance messages related to the oil pressure sensor electrical failure on channel A appear with the engine FADEC status maintenance or the ECAM warning for engine oil system fault and amber crosses on oil pressure display, refer to main oil pressure sensor electrical failure (Ref. TSM TASK 79-33-00-810-837).
(5) If the maintenance messages related to the oil pressure sensor electrical failure on channel B appear with the engine FADEC status maintenance or the ECAM warning for engine oil system fault and amber crosses on oil pressure display, refer to main oil pressure sensor electrical failure (Ref. TSM TASK 79-33-00-810-838).
(6) If the maintenance messages related to oil pressure sensor signal disagree appear with the engine FADEC status maintenance, refer to main oil pressure sensor signal disagreement (Ref. TSM TASK 79-33-00-810-840).
(7) Inspect the engine oil for contamination AMM 79-00-00-210-811.
(8) If the maintenance message related to Auxillary Oil Pressure (AOP) sensor electrical failure appears, refers to (Ref. TSM TASK 79-33-00-810-841).
(9) If the maintenance message related to Fan Drive Gearbox (FDGS) Auxillary Pump Failure appears, do a check of the #1 and 1.5 Bearing Compartment Chip Collector AMM 79-00-00-281-802.
(a) If the Magnetic Chip Collector Inspection is not OK, remove the engine from service.
(b) If the Magnetic Chip Collector Inspection is OK, go to the next step.
(10) If there are no EEC monitored faults reported, make sure that the oil tank has been serviced properly AMM 79-00-00-610-801.
(11) If you must service the oil tank check the oil consumption rate AMM 79-00-00-210-808.
(a) If the oil consumption is excessive, check the engine for leaks. Refer to troubleshoot the engine after a high oil consumption event (Ref. TSM TASK 71-00-00-810-846).
(12) If the oil level is satisfactory and if not previously accomplished, do a check the front bearing chip collectors AMM 79-35-00-200-801.
(a) Do check of the remaining chip collectors if not previously accomplished AMM 79-00-00-281-802.
(b) Replace the SENSOR-PRESSURE, MAIN OIL [4071KS] , AMM 79-33-21-000-801 and AMM 79-33-21-400-801.
1 Prior to running the engine, do an Engine Dry Motor. AMM 71-00-00-860-817. Look at the Oil Pressure on the Lower ECAM display.
2 If the Oil Pressure is greater than 0 psi (0 bar) during the Engine Dry Motor, do an Engine Run to Idle to confirm the repair of the Fault.
3 If the Oil Pressure is 0 psi (0 bar) during the Engine Dry Motor, continue to the next step.
