A. If the test gives the maintenance message DOOR BOTTLE AFT R:
(1) Do a check of the pressure indicator at the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder for the AFT passenger/crew door, right side AMM 52-10-00-210-004.
(a) If the pressure indication is not correct:
Subtask 52-13-00-810-077-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do a check of the pressure indicator at the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder for the AFT passenger/crew door, right side AMM 52-10-00-210-004.
(a) If the pressure indication is not correct:
- Do a check of the cylinder diaphragm in the percussion mechanism.
- Do a check of the telescopic rod AMM 52-13-14-220-001 and make sure that the bolt of the telescopic rod is not bent or has no distortion.
- Replace the cylinder diaphragm AMM 52-10-00-610-001.
- Do a leak test of the door damper and emergency operation cylinder of the passenger/crew doors AMM 52-10-00-790-001.
- Replace the o-ring seal of the filling valve AMM 52-10-00-610-002.
- Replace the filling valve AMM 52-10-00-610-003.
- Replace the diaphragm in the percussion mechanism AMM 52-10-00-610-001.
- Replace the defective element AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001.
- Charge the
[360RH4] AMM 52-10-00-614-001. - Make an entry in the applicable log book. If this is the third log book entry with the maintenance message DOOR BOTTLE AFT R, within a period of four weeks, replace the
[360RH4] AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001.
- Replace the
[360RH4] AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001.
- Replace the DEU-B [300RH8] AMM 23-73-47-000-001 and AMM 23-73-47-400-001.
- Do a check and repair the
wiring from the DEU-B (300RH8) C/35 to the pressure sensor of the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder (360RH4) ASM 237358.
A. If the test gives the maintenance message DOOR BTL 4R/DEU-B (300RH8):
(1) Do a check of the pressure indicator at the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder for the AFT passenger/crew door, right side AMM 52-10-00-210-004.
(a) If the pressure indication is not correct:
Subtask 52-13-00-740-053-A (1) Do a check of the pressure indicator at the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder for the AFT passenger/crew door, right side AMM 52-10-00-210-004.
(a) If the pressure indication is not correct:
- Do a check of the cylinder diaphragm in the percussion mechanism.
- Do a check of the telescopic rod AMM 52-13-14-220-001 and make sure that the bolt of the telescopic rod is not bent or has no distortion.
- Replace the cylinder diaphragm AMM 52-10-00-610-001.
- Do a leak test of the door damper and emergency operation cylinder of the passenger/crew doors AMM 52-10-00-790-001.
- Replace the o-ring seal of the filling valve AMM 52-10-00-610-002.

- Replace the diaphragm in the percussion mechanism AMM 52-10-00-610-001.
- Replace the defective element AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001.
- Charge the
[360RH4] AMM 52-10-00-614-001. - Make an entry in the applicable log book. If this is the third log book entry with the maintenance message DOOR BTL 4R/DEU-B (300RH8), within a period of four weeks, replace the
[360RH4] AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001
- Replace the
[360RH4] AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001.
- Replace the DEU-B [300RH8] AMM 23-73-47-000-001 and AMM 23-73-47-400-001.
- Do a check and repair the
wiring from the DEU-B (300RH8) C/35 to the pressure sensor of the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder (360RH4) ASM 237358.
