4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 52-13-00-810-073-A

A. If you cannot open the door:
(1) Get access to the aircraft by a different passenger/crew door.
(2) On the blocked door:

Cut the upper part of the support arm lining panel to get access to door damper and emergency-operation cylinder.
Discharge the door damper and emergency-operation cylinder AMM 52-10-00-614-001.

(3) When the aft passenger/crew door is open:
(a) Make sure that the guide arms are in correct condition AMM 52-13-12-220-001.
1 If the inspection is not OK:

Replace the guide arms AMM 52-13-12-000-002 and AMM 52-13-12-400-002.

2 If the inspection is OK:

Do an inspection of the door damper and emergency-operation cylinder AMM 52-13-14-200-001.

a If the inspection is not OK:

Replace the [360RH3] or [360RH4] AMM 52-13-14-000-001 and AMM 52-13-14-400-001.

b If the inspection is OK:

Do a visual inspection of the telescopic rod mechanism, (part by part after disassembly) AMM 52-13-14-220-001.

* If the inspection is not OK:
* - Replace the telescopic rod mechanism and the bolt of the telescopic rod AMM 52-13-14-000-002 and AMM 52-13-14-400-002.

* If the inspection is OK:
* - Do an inspection and repair, if necessary, the door suspension , the door locking mecanism and the door escape slide release mechanism .
* - Replace the bolt of the telescopic rod AMM 52-13-14-000-002 and AMM 52-13-14-400-002.

3 Do an adjustment of the aft passenger/crew door AMM 52-13-00-820-001.
(4) If the fault continues:

Replace the aft passenger/crew door AMM 52-13-11-000-001 and AMM 52-13-11-400-001.
