Subtask 52-11-00-740-052-A

A. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the CIDS through the CFDS AMM 23-73-00-740-005.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 52-11-00-810-077-A

A. If the test gives the maintenance message: DOOR BOTTLE FWD R.
(1) Do a check of the pressure indicator at the door damper and emergency operation cylinder for the FWD passenger/crew door, right side AMM 52-10-00-210-004.
(a) If the pressure indication is not correct:

Do a check of the cylinder diaphragm in the percussion mechanism.

1 If there are holes in the cylinder diaphragm:

Do a check of the telescopic rod AMM 52-11-14-220-001 and make sure that the bolt of the telescopic rod is not bent or has no distortion.
Replace the cylinder diaphragm AMM 52-10-00-610-001.

2 If there are no holes in the cylinder diaphragm:

Do a leak test of the door damper and emergency operation cylinder of the passenger/crew doors AMM 52-10-00-790-001.

3 If there is a leak at the filling valve:

Replace the o-ring seal of the filling valve AMM 52-10-00-610-002.

a If the fault continues:

Replace the filling valve AMM 52-10-00-610-003.

4 If there is a leak at the percussion mechanism:

Replace the diaphragm in the percussion mechanism AMM 52-10-00-610-001

5 If there is a leak at the cylinder body or the pressure gauge:

Replace the defective element AMM 52-11-14-000-001 and AMM 52-11-14-400-001.

6 If there is no leak:

Charge the [360RH2] AMM 52-10-00-614-001.
Make an entry in the applicable log book. If this is the third log book entry with the maintenance message DOOR BOTTLE FWD R, within a period of four weeks, replace the [360RH2] AMM 52-11-14-000-001 and AMM 52-11-14-400-001.

(b) If the pressure indication is correct:

Replace the [360RH2] AMM 52-11-14-000-001 and AMM 52-11-14-400-001.

(2) If the fault continues:

Replace the DEU-B [300RH1] AMM 23-73-47-000-001 and AMM 23-73-47-400-001.

(3) If the fault continues:
Do a check and repair the wiring from the DEU B (300RH1) C/35 to the pressure sensor of the door-damper and emergency-operation cylinder (360RH2) ASM 237351.
