A. If the door cannot be locked or unlocked when it is fully open:
(1) Remove the linings from the support arm AMM 25-23-46-000-001:
(a) For the left door: 831GZ and 831FZ
(b) For the right door: 841GZ and 841FZ
(2) On the support arm, push and release the pushbutton switch:
(3) Do a check of the bellcrank position:
(a) If the bellcrank is in the up position:
(a) If there are cracks:
Subtask 52-11-00-720-061-A (1) Remove the linings from the support arm AMM 25-23-46-000-001:
(a) For the left door: 831GZ and 831FZ
(b) For the right door: 841GZ and 841FZ
(2) On the support arm, push and release the pushbutton switch:
(3) Do a check of the bellcrank position:
(a) If the bellcrank is in the up position:
- Do a check of the link between the transfer beam and the secondary rod.
- Do a rigging check of the door buffer. Refer to the adjustment procedure of the door buffer given in the adjustment of the passenger/crew door AMM 52-11-00-820-001.
- Do a check of the secondary rod position:
- Replace the lock unit AMM 52-11-12-000-001 and AMM 52-11-12-400-001.
- Clean the gust-lock control-mechanism AMM 52-10-00-100-801 and replace the nylon bushes AMM 52-11-12-000-802 and AMM 52-11-12-400-802.
NOTE: No lubricant or Temporary Protection System (TPS) is permitted on the rods or on the nylon bushes.
2 If the secondary rod touches the bellcrank: - Clean the gust-lock control-mechanism AMM 52-10-00-100-801 and replace the nylon bushes AMM 52-11-12-000-802 and AMM 52-11-12-400-802.
NOTE: No lubricant or Temporary Protection System (TPS) is permitted on the rods or on the nylon bushes.
- Make sure that the torque value of the nut that attach the transfer beam to the structure is to 0.72 m.daN (63.72 lbf.in).
(a) If there are cracks:
- Fully open the door AMM 52-10-00-010-001.
- Make sure that the lock unit locks the door in the open position.
- Replace the lock unit AMM 52-11-12-000-001 and AMM 52-11-12-400-001 or
- Do a check for door locking before each flight until the lock unit is replaced.
NOTE: The replacement must be performed before 100 flight cycles.
2 If the door locking is not correct: - Replace the lock unit AMM 52-11-12-000-001 and AMM 52-11-12-400-001.
- If not, the door is unserviceable until replacement of the lock unit. Refer to the Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) for the dispatch conditions.
- Fully open the door AMM 52-10-00-010-001.
- Do this five times to make sure that the lock unit locks the door in the open position.
- On the support arm, make sure that the load applied on the pushbutton switch to unlock the door is a maximum of 6 daN (13.49 lbf) AMM 52-10-00-720-001.
- Go to Para. 5.A.
- Go to Para. 4.A.
B. Test
(1) Open/close the forward passenger/crew door AMM 52-10-00-010-001 and AMM 52-10-00-410-001.
(a) Make sure that the door operates correctly.

(1) Install the linings of the support arm AMM 25-23-46-400-001:
