1. Possible Causes
  • SENSOR-OXY MONITORING, IGGS & ASM [4YA]
  • wiring from IGGS CTL UNIT (1YA) pin A/17 to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/11
  • wiring from IGGS CTL UNIT (1YA) pin A/78 to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/10
  • wiring from IGGS CTL UNIT (1YA) pin A/66 to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/9
  • wiring from ground to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/12
  • IGGS CTL UNIT [1YA]

3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 47-11-00-740-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Do the BITE test of the IGGS without bleed air AMM 47-31-34-740-001.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 47-11-00-810-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test confirms the fault:
   (1) Replace the SENSOR-OXY MONITORING, IGGS & ASM [4YA] AMM 47-41-15-000-001 and AMM 47-41-15-400-002.
   (2) Do the BITE test of the IGGS with bleed air AMM 47-31-34-740-001.
Subtask 47-11-00-810-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the fault continues:
   (1) Do a check and repair the:
  • wiring from IGGS CTL UNIT (1YA) pin A/17 to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/11
  • wiring from IGGS CTL UNIT (1YA) pin A/78 to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/10
  • wiring from IGGS CTL UNIT (1YA) pin A/66 to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/9
  • wiring from ground to OXY SNSR (4YA) pin A/12 ASM 471101.
   (2) Do the BITE test of the IGGS with bleed air AMM 47-31-34-740-001.
Subtask 47-11-00-810-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. If the fault continues:
   (1) Replace the IGGS CTL UNIT [1YA] AMM 47-31-34-000-001 and AMM 47-31-34-400-001.
NOTE: After the subsequent flight make sure that the fault does not continue.
