A. Make sure that there is no waste in the waste tank .
(1) If the FAP gives the maintenance message WASTE TANK NOT EMPTY - CHECK LEVEL - GROUND SERVICE REQUIRED:
(1) If the FAP gives the maintenance message WASTE TANK NOT EMPTY - CHECK LEVEL - GROUND SERVICE REQUIRED:
- Make sure that the waste drain valve operates correctly AMM 38-31-71-400-001.
- Make sure that the control lever unit operates correctly AMM 38-31-73-400-001.
- Make sure that there is no blockage at the waste-tank drain line AMM 38-31-74-400-001.
NOTE: It is recommended that the waste tank is drained after each flight.
