B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-861-002.
(2) Do the EIS start procedure AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
(3) On panel 30VU, make sure that the OFF legends on the PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches are on.
Subtask 36-12-00-710-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-861-002.
(2) Do the EIS start procedure AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
(3) On panel 30VU, make sure that the OFF legends on the PACK 1 and PACK 2 pushbutton switches are on.

(1) If the APU LAST LEG/PREVIOUS LEG report shows some fault message or warning message:
(a) Do the troubleshooting related to the fault shown
(2) If the fault continues:
(a) Replace the P/BSW-AIR COND/APU BLEED [5HV] on panel 30VU.
(b) Do the test given in Para. 3.
(3) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check and repair if necessary the wiring between:

(a) Replace the P/BSW-AIR COND/APU BLEED [5HV] on panel 30VU.
(b) Do the test given in Para. 3.
(3) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check and repair if necessary the wiring between:
- the BMC-1, BMC-2 Pin AB/6A and the ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX (59KD) Pin AB/6D ASM 361201.
(4) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between:
- the BMC-1, BMC-2 Pin AA/14C and the APU BLEED P/BSW (5HV) Pin A/B1 ASM 361201
- the APU BLEED P/BSW (5HV) Pin A/B3 and GND ASM 361201.
(5) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between:
- the BMC-1, BMC-2 Pin AA/15C and the ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX (59KD) Pin AA/14D ASM 361201
- the ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX (59KD) Pin AB/6G and the APU LOAD-CONTROL VALVE connector P33 AWM 496102
- the ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX (59KD) Pin AB/7G and the APU LOAD-CONTROL VALVE connector P33 AWM 496102.
(6) If the fault continues:
- Replace the ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX [59KD] AMM 49-61-34-000-002 and AMM 49-61-34-400-002.
(7) If the fault continues:
- Replace the BMC-1 [1HA1] or the BMC-2 [1HA2] AMM 36-11-34-000-001 and AMM 36-11-34-400-001.
B. Maintenance Action
(1) If the APU LAST LEG/PREVIOUS LEG report shows some fault message or warning message:
(a) Do the troubleshooting related to the fault shown.
(2) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check of the wiring between:
1 Pin AA/15C of BMC-1 (and BMC-2) and connector P7 of the APU LOAD-CONTROL VALVE ASM 361201.
2 Connector P7 of the APU LOAD-CONTROL VALVE and the GND ASM 361201.
a If you find damage, repair or replace the wiring ESPM 205321.
(b) Do the test given in Para. 3.
(5) If the fault continues:
Subtask 36-12-00-710-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) If the APU LAST LEG/PREVIOUS LEG report shows some fault message or warning message:
(a) Do the troubleshooting related to the fault shown.
(2) If the fault continues:
- Do a check and repair if necessary the wiring between:
the BMC-1, BMC-2 connector AB/6A and the ECB (ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX) (59KD) connector AB/D6 ASM 361201. - Do the test given in Para. 3.
- Do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between:
the BMC-1, BMC-2 connector AA/14C and the APU BLEED P/BSW (5HV) connector A/B1 ASM 361201,
the APU BLEED P/BSW (5HV) connector A/B3 and GND ASM 361201. - Do the test given in Para. 3.
(a) Do a check of the wiring between:
1 Pin AA/15C of BMC-1 (and BMC-2) and connector P7 of the APU LOAD-CONTROL VALVE ASM 361201.
2 Connector P7 of the APU LOAD-CONTROL VALVE and the GND ASM 361201.
a If you find damage, repair or replace the wiring ESPM 205321.
(b) Do the test given in Para. 3.
(5) If the fault continues:
- Replace the ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX [59KD] AMM 49-61-34-000-003 and AMM 49-61-34-400-003.
- Do the test given in Para. 3.
- Replace the BMC-1 [1HA1] or the BMC-2 [1HA2] AMM 36-11-34-000-001 and AMM 36-11-34-400-001.
C. Do the test as given in para. 3 to make sure that the operation is correct.
5. Close-upSubtask 36-12-00-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) On the ECAM control panel, set the UPPER DISPLAY and LOWER DISPLAY potentiometers to OFF.
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-862-002.
(1) On the ECAM control panel, set the UPPER DISPLAY and LOWER DISPLAY potentiometers to OFF.
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-862-002.
