A. If the fault symptom is identified by the maintenance message HP BLEED-V (4000HA2)/SENSE LINE:
(1) Turn the manual shaft of the HPV to OPEN.
(2) Let the manual shaft go back to closed position.
(a) If the valve does not go back to the closed position:

Replace the [4000HA] AMM 36-11-51-000-802 and AMM 36-11-51-400-802.

(b) If the valve go back to the closed position:

Do a functional test of the opening of the HPV AMM 36-11-51-720-804.

1 If the test is not OK:

Replace the [4000HA] AMM 36-11-51-000-802 and AMM 36-11-51-400-802.

2 If the test is OK:

Continue the trouble shooting procedure.

B. If the fault continues:
(1) Replace the sense line of the HPV AMM 36-11-49-000-823 AMM 36-11-49-400-823.
(2) Do a leak check of the sense line of the HPV AMM 36-22-00-790-802.

C. After the subsequent flight, make sure that the fault does not continue.
