Subtask 36-11-00-710-429-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the EBAS AMM 36-11-00-740-802.
(2) Make sure that the ECAM warning AIR ENG 2 BLEED FAULT is shown on the upper ECAM DU.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Do the BITE test of the EBAS AMM 36-11-00-740-802.
(2) Make sure that the ECAM warning AIR ENG 2 BLEED FAULT is shown on the upper ECAM DU.
Subtask 36-11-00-810-300-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the fault symptom is defined by the maintenance message:
PRECOOLER (7150HM2)/FAV AIR-V (9HA2)
(1) Do a functional test of the Fan Air Valve AMM 36-11-54-720-804
(2) If the test confirms the fault:
(a) Replace the VALVE-FAN AIR, ENG2 [9HA2] AMM 36-11-54-000-802 and AMM 36-11-54-400-802.
(3) Do the test given in Para. 3.
Subtask 36-11-00-810-301-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL PRECOOLER (7150HM2)/FAV AIR-V (9HA2)
(1) Do a functional test of the Fan Air Valve AMM 36-11-54-720-804
(2) If the test confirms the fault:
(a) Replace the VALVE-FAN AIR, ENG2 [9HA2] AMM 36-11-54-000-802 and AMM 36-11-54-400-802.
(3) Do the test given in Para. 3.
B. If the fault continues:
(1) Replace the EXCHANGER-BLEED AIR PRECOOL [7150HM2] AMM 36-11-44-000-802 and AMM 36-11-44-400-802.
(2) Do the test given in Para. 3.
Subtask 36-11-00-810-506-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Replace the EXCHANGER-BLEED AIR PRECOOL [7150HM2] AMM 36-11-44-000-802 and AMM 36-11-44-400-802.
(2) Do the test given in Para. 3.
C. If the fault continues:
(1) Replace the sense line between the precooler and the FAV AMM 36-11-49-000-829 AMM 36-11-49-400-829.
(2) Do a leak check of the sense line and ducts AMM 36-22-00-790-802.
Subtask 36-11-00-810-672-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Replace the sense line between the precooler and the FAV AMM 36-11-49-000-829 AMM 36-11-49-400-829.
(2) Do a leak check of the sense line and ducts AMM 36-22-00-790-802.
D. After the subsequent flight, make sure that the fault does not continue.
