Subtask 36-11-00-740-084-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. TEST
(1) Do a check of the PRV position indication when the Bleed System is on.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 36-11-00-810-304-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/AIR COND to check the Maintenance Message related to the CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 (47HH).
(1) Do the SYSTEM REPORT TEST of the AIR COND system:
(a) Get access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/AIR COND page AMM 31-32-00-860-001.
(b) Push the line key adjacent to the TEMP CTL indication.
(c) On the CAB TEMP CTL menu page AMM 31-32-00-860-002.
1 Push the line key adjacent to the ground report or push the line key adjacent to the LAST LEG REPORT.
(2) If the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/AIR COND contains maintenance messages related to the CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 (47HH), do the associated trouble-shooting.
(3) If the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/AIR COND does not contain fault messages related to the CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 (47HH), continue the trouble-shooting.

Subtask 36-11-00-810-305-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. Get access to the SYSTEM BLEED PAGE in the ECAM.

Access to System Bleed Page ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Push the bleed P/B in the ECAM control panel.
(2) Do a check of the PRV position indication in the lower ECAM/Bleed page.
(3) Do the Functional test of the [4001HA1] AMM 36-11-52-720-010 or AMM 36-11-52-720-001.

NOTE: On Functional Test step 3, you must check on ECAM/SYSTEM PAGE/BLEED that the Bleed-pressure regulator valve is open (vertical green).

Subtask 36-11-00-810-307-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

C. If the ECAM position indication test of the [4001HA1] is not OK.
(1) Replace the [4001HA1] AMM 36-11-52-000-010 and AMM 36-11-52-400-010.
(2) Do the test given in Para. 4.B.

Subtask 36-11-00-810-308-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

D. If the test is OK:

Do a check of the PRV position indication when the Bleed System is on during the subsequent flight.

(1) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check of the wiring between the [4001HA1] , BMC-1 [1HA1] , BMC-2 [1HA2] and the CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 [47HH] .
1 Do a check of the wiring between CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 [47HH] Connector AB/1A and Terminal Block 209VT/5J AWM 216301.
2 Do a check of the wiring between BMC-1 [1HA1] connector AA/2B and Terminal Block 209VT/5H AWM 361103.
3 Do a check of the wiring between [4001HA1] connector A5 and Terminal Block 209VT/5L AWM 715103 AWM 361103.
4 Do a check of the wiring between BMC-2 [1HA2] Connector AA/10D and Terminal Block 209VT/5K AWM 361106 .
5 Do a check of that the Terminal Block 209VT/5L, 5H, 5K and 5J are correctly isolated.
6 Disconnect connectors 5L, 5H, 5K and 5J from Terminal Block 209VT.
7 Check that the Terminal Block 209VT is correctly isolated from Aircraft Ground.
(2) If there is damaged or malfunction in the wiring or in a connector, replace it.
(3) If there is no damaged wiring and/or connector.

Replace the CONT-AIR COND SYSTEM 1 [47HH] AMM 21-61-34-000-002 and AMM 21-61-34-400-002.

(4) Do the Functional test given in Para 4.B.

Subtask 36-11-00-810-288-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

E. If the test is OK:

Do a check of the PRV position indication when the Bleed System is on during the subsequent flight.

(1) If the fault continues:

Replace the BMC-1 [1HA1] AMM 36-11-34-000-001 and AMM 36-11-34-400-001.

(2) Do the test given in Para. 4.B.

Subtask 36-11-00-810-309-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

F. If the test is not OK:

Do a check of the PRV position indication when the Bleed System is on during the subsequent flight.

(1) If the fault continues:

Replace the BMC-2 [1HA2] AMM 36-11-34-000-001 and AMM 36-11-34-400-001.
