A. If the functional test of the engine 1 overpressure valve (5HA1) is not correct:
Subtask 36-11-00-810-241-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - replace the VALVE-OVERPRESSURE, ENG 1 [5HA1] AMM 36-11-53-000-001 and AMM 36-11-53-400-001.
- do a check and repair the wiring between:
. pin A/1 of the engine 1 overpressure valve (5HA1) and pin AA/10A of the BMC1 (1HA1)
. pin A/2 of the engine 1 overpressure valve and the ground ASM 361101.
B. If the functional test of the engine 1 overpressure valve (5HA1) is correct:
Subtask 36-11-00-810-241-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - replace the VALVE-HP BLEED [4000HA] AMM 36-11-51-000-040 and AMM 36-11-51-400-040.
- do a leak check of the sense line between the bleed pressure regulator valve (4001HA) and the HP bleed valve (4000HA).
- repair or replace the
sense line between the bleed pressure-regulator valve (4001HA) and the HP bleed valve (4000HA) AMM 36-11-49-000-029 and AMM 36-11-49-400-029.
- replace the VALVE-BLEED PRESS REG [4001HA] AMM 36-11-52-000-040 and AMM 36-11-52-400-040.
B. If the functional test of the engine 1 overpressure valve (5HA1) is correct:
Subtask 36-11-00-720-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - replace the VALVE-HP BLEED [4000HA] AMM 36-11-51-000-042 and AMM 36-11-51-400-042.
- do a leak check of the sense line between the bleed pressure regulator valve (4001HA) and the HP bleed valve (4000HA).
- repair or replace the
sense line between the bleed pressure-regulator valve (4001HA) and the HP bleed valve (4000HA) AMM 36-11-49-000-042 and AMM 36-11-49-400-042.
- replace the VALVE-BLEED PRESS REG [4001HA] AMM 36-11-52-000-042 and AMM 36-11-52-400-042.
C. After the subsequent flight, make sure that the fault does not continue.
