A. If the test gives the maintenance message:
NO DATA FROM EIU

(1) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair the wiring of the VALVE CLOSURE FOR ENGINE START signal from the BMC2 (1HA2) to the EIU2 (1KS2), pins AA/7C and AA/8C to pins AB/5H and AB/5K ASM 361103.

(2) If the fault continues:

A. If the BITE test gives the maintenance message:
NO DATA FROM EIU2

(1) If the fault continues:

do a check of the wiring ASM 361103 between:
. pin AA/7C of the BMC2 (1HA2) and pin AB/5H of the EIU2 (1KS2)
. pin AA/8C of the BMC2 and pin AB/5K of the EIU2.
