Subtask 35-10-00-860-069-A
A. Job Set Up
   (1) Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
     (a) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
AMM 24-41-00-861-002.
     (b) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
     (c) In the cockpit, on the OXYGEN section of the overhead control and indicating panel 21VU:
  • Push the CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch (the OFF legend goes off).

C. Test
   (1) On the ECAM control panel:
  • push the DOOR key to get the DOOR/OXY page:
   (2) Make sure that the REGUL LO PR indication comes into view on the DOOR/OXY page.
   (3) Do the operational test of the full-face/quick-donning mask AMM 35-12-41-710-001.
Subtask 35-10-00-710-071-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. Test
   (1) On the ECAM control panel:
  • Push the DOOR key to get the DOOR/OXY page:
   (2) On the DOOR/OXY page, make sure that:
  • The REGUL 1 LO PR or REGUL 2 LO PR or REGUL 1+2 LO PR indication comes into view
( AMM 35-10-00-00-).
NOTE: The pressure indication given on the left side of the lower ECAM DU is for the Captain and the Third Occupant. The pressure indication given on the right side of the lower ECAM DU is for the First Officer and the Fourth Occupant.
   (3) Do the operational test of the full-face/quick-donning oxygen masks AMM 35-12-41-710-001.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 35-10-00-810-071-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If during the operational test the flow rate indicator comes into view for a short time and if you hear the oxygen flow rate:
   (1) If the fault continues:
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pressure switch (4WV) pin A/B to the first terminal block.
Subtask 35-10-00-810-075-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If during the operational test the flow rate indicator does not come into view and you do not hear the oxygen flow rate:
  • disconnect the plug of the solenoid valve (3HT) and do a check for 28VDC at pin A/A (pushbutton switch 2HT on).
   (1) If there is 28VDC:
     (a) If the fault continues:
   (2) If there is no 28VDC:
  • replace the P/BSW-OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY (2HT)
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • do a check of the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B3 to the first terminal block ASM 351301.
       1 If there is no continuity:
  • repair the above wiring.
       2 If there is continuity:
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) to the solenoid valve (3HT) pin A/B1, B2 to pin A/A,C ASM 351301.
Subtask 35-10-00-710-072-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. Test
   (1) Make sure that the REGUL LO PR indication goes out of view on the DOOR/OXY page.

D. During the operational test, if the flow rate indicator comes into view for a short time and if you hear the oxygen flow rate:
   (1) On the Captain oxygen mask only:
     (a) If the fault continues:

  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pressure switch (4WV1) pin A/B to the first terminal block.
   (2) On the First Officer oxygen-mask only:
     (a) If the fault continues:
     (b) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pressure switch (4WV2) and pin A/B to the first terminal block.
   (3) On the Captain and First Officer oxygen-masks:
     (a) If the fault continues:
     (b) If the fault continues:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pressure switch (4WV1) pin A/B to the first terminal block.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pressure switch (4WV2) pin A/B to the first terminal block.
Subtask 35-10-00-810-075-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
E. During the operational test, if the flow rate indicator does not come into view and if you do not hear the oxygen flow rate:
   (1) On the Captain oxygen mask only:
     (a) In the cockpit, on the OXYGEN section of the overhead control and indicating panel 21VU:
  • Make sure that the CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch is pushed (OFF legend off).
     (b) Disconnect the plug of the solenoid valve (3HT1) and do a check for 28VDC at pin A/A.
       1 If there is 28VDC:
         a If the fault continues:
       2 If there is no 28VDC:
  • Replace the P/BSW-OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY (2HT).
         a If the fault continues:
  • Do a check of the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B3 to the first terminal block, ASM 351301.
* If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring.
* If there is continuity:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B1 to the solenoid valve (3HT1) pin A/A, ASM 351301.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B2 to the solenoid valve (3HT1) pin A/C, ASM 351301.
   (2) On the First Officer oxygen-mask only:
     (a) In the cockpit, on the OXYGEN section of the overhead control and indicating panel 21VU:
  • Make sure that the CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch is pushed (OFF legend off).
     (b) Disconnect the plug of the solenoid valve (3HT2) and do a check for 28VDC at pin A/A.
       1 If there is 28VDC:
         a If the fault continues:
       2 If there is no 28VDC:
  • Replace the P/BSW-OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY (2HT).
         a If the fault continues:
  • Do a check of the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/D3 to the first terminal block, ASM 351301.
* If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring.
* If there is continuity:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/D1 to the solenoid valve (3HT2) pin A/A, ASM 351301.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/D2 to the solenoid valve (3HT2) pin A/C, ASM 351301.
   (3) On the Captain and First Officer oxygen-masks:
     (a) In the cockpit, on the OXYGEN section of the overhead control and indicating panel 21VU:
  • Make sure that the CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch is pushed (OFF legend off).
     (b) Disconnect the plugs of the solenoid valves (3HT1) and (3HT2) and do a check for 28VDC at pins A/A.
       1 If there is 28VDC:
         a If the fault continues:
       2 If there is no 28VDC:
  • Replace the P/BSW-OXYGEN/CREW SUPPLY (2HT).
         a If the fault continues:
  • Do a check of the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B3 to the first terminal block, ASM 351301.
  • Do a check of the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/D3 to the first terminal block, ASM 351301.
* If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring.
* If there is continuity:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B1 to the solenoid valve (3HT1) pin A/A, ASM 351301.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/B2 to the solenoid valve (3HT1) pin A/C, ASM 351301.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/D1 to the solenoid valve (3HT2) pin A/A, ASM 351301.
  • Do a check and repair the wiring from the pushbutton switch (2HT) pin A/D2 to the solenoid valve (3HT2) pin A/C, ASM 351301.
Subtask 35-10-00-710-072-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
F. Test
   (1) In the cockpit, on the OXYGEN section of the overhead control and indicating panel 21VU:
  • Make sure that the CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch is pushed (OFF legend off).
   (2) On the DOOR/OXY page, make sure that:
  • The REGUL 1 LO PR or REGUL 2 LO PR or REGUL 1+2 LO PR indication goes out of view.
5. Close-up
Subtask 35-10-00-860-070-A
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) On the ECAM control panel, set the UPPER DISPLAY and LOWER DISPLAY potentiometers to OFF.
AMM 31-60-00-860-002.
   (2) In the cockpit, on the OXYGEN section of the overhead control and indicating panel 21VU:
  • Release the CREW SUPPLY pushbutton switch 2HT (the OFF legend comes on).
   (3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
