A. If it is not possible to fill the oxygen cylinder:
(1) Do a check of the manual shutoff valve position.
1 Turn the manual shutoff valve in the fully open position.
2 If the fault continues:

CAUTION:
WHEN YOU OPEN THE MANUAL SHUTOFF VALVE ON THE CREW OXYGEN-STORAGE CYLINDER, MAKE SURE THAT:
(a) If the manual shutoff valve is closed or not in the fully open position: - YOU TURN IT VERY SLOWLY
- YOU TURN IT UNTIL IT IS FULLY OPEN.
1 Turn the manual shutoff valve in the fully open position.
2 If the fault continues:
- Replace the CYLINDER-OXYGEN STORAGE [5750HM] AMM 35-11-41-000-001 and AMM 35-11-41-400-001.
- Replace the CYLINDER-OXYGEN STORAGE [5750HM] AMM 35-11-41-000-001 and AMM 35-11-41-400-001.
- Replace the FILL PORT-OXY SYS [5769HM] AMM 35-11-42-000-001 and AMM 35-11-42-400-001.
- Replace the XMTR/PRESS REG-OXY [4HT] AMM 35-13-15-000-001 and AMM 35-13-15-400-001.
A. If it is not possible to fill the oxygen cylinder:
(1) Do a check of the manual shutoff valve position.
1 Turn the manual shutoff valve in the fully open position.
2 If the fault continues:
(1) Do a check of the manual shutoff valve position.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU OPEN THE MANUAL SHUTOFF VALVE ON THE CREW OXYGEN-STORAGE CYLINDER, MAKE SURE THAT:
(a) If the manual shutoff valve is closed or not in the fully open position: - YOU TURN IT VERY SLOWLY
- YOU TURN IT UNTIL IT IS FULLY OPEN.

2 If the fault continues:
- Replace the OXYGEN CYLINDER [5750HM1] or OXYGEN CYLINDER [5750HM2] AMM 35-11-41-000-802 and AMM 35-11-41-400-802.
- Replace the OXYGEN CYLINDER [5750HM1] or OXYGEN CYLINDER [5750HM2] AMM 35-11-41-000-802 and AMM 35-11-41-400-802.
- Replace the related PORT.FILLING ASSY [5769HM1] or PORT.FILLING ASSY [5769HM2] AMM 35-11-42-000-001 and AMM 35-11-42-400-001.
- Replace the related XMTR/PRESS REG-OXY [4HT] or PRESS.TRANSM.REGULATO [4HT2] AMM 35-13-15-000-802 and AMM 35-13-15-400-802.
