  • GPWC [1WZ]
  • P/BSW-GPWS/G/S or P/BSW-PULL UP/GPWS [4WZ]
  • P/BSW-GPWS/G/S or P/BSW-PULL UP/GPWS [5WZ]
  • wiring between the pushbutton switches 4WZ and 5WZ and the GPWC (1WZ)

A. Test
   (1) Do the BITE test of the Enhanced GPWS AMM 34-48-00-740-002.
4. Fault Isolation

A. If the BITE test gives the maintenance message
CAPT/FO GPWS GS PB SW (4WZ/5WZ)/GPWC (1WZ):
  • do a check for ground at pin AB/9A or AB/9D of the GPWC.
   (1) If there is no ground:

  • do a check and repair the wiring between the pushbutton switches 4WZ and 5WZ and the GPWC (1WZ) : pins AB/9A and AB/9D ASM 344801.
