A. If the weather radar image is distorted and/or blurred on the CAPT (F/O) ND:
(1) On the MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/INST page AMM 31-32-00-860-008.
(a) On this page, push the line key adjacent to the EIS1(2) indication. On this page, push the line key adjacent to the LRU IDENTIFICATION indication.
(b) Check the P/N of the CAPT (F/O) ND.
(c) If the P/N is 390613XX, replace the ND-CAPT [3WT1] or ND-F/O [3WT2] by a new one P/N 390713XX.
(d) If the fault continues:
Subtask 34-41-00-810-115-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/INST page AMM 31-32-00-860-008.
(a) On this page, push the line key adjacent to the EIS1(2) indication. On this page, push the line key adjacent to the LRU IDENTIFICATION indication.
(b) Check the P/N of the CAPT (F/O) ND.
(c) If the P/N is 390613XX, replace the ND-CAPT [3WT1] or ND-F/O [3WT2] by a new one P/N 390713XX.
(d) If the fault continues:
- Do the operational test of the EFIS/ECAM switching functions AMM 31-60-00-710-002.
NOTE: Do this test for manual PFD/ND transfer only.
1 If the weather radar image shown on the CAPT (F/O) PFD is not distorted and/or blurred: - replace the CAPT (F/O) ND AMM 31-63-22-000-001 and AMM 31-63-22-400-001.
- do the related trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 34-41-00-810-801).
A. If the weather radar image is distorted and/or blurred on the CAPT (F/O) ND:
(1) Do the operational test of the EFIS/ECAM switching functions AMM 31-60-00-710-002.
Subtask 34-41-00-730-053-A (1) Do the operational test of the EFIS/ECAM switching functions AMM 31-60-00-710-002.
NOTE: Do this test for manual PFD/ND transfer only.
(a) If the weather radar image shown on the CAPT (F/O) PFD is not distorted and/or blurred: - replace the CAPT (F/O) ND AMM 31-63-22-000-001 and AMM 31-63-22-400-001.
- do the related trouble shooting procedure (Ref. TSM TASK 34-41-00-810-801).
