XCVR-WEATHER RADAR, 1 [1SQ1]
XCVR-RA, 1 [2SA1]
wiring from the radio altimeter transceiver 1 to the weather radar transceiver 1
XCVR-RA, 2 [2SA2]
wiring from the radio altimeter transceiver 2 to the weather radar transceiver 1

A. Test
Do the BITE test of the weather radar AMM 34-41-00-740-002.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 34-41-00-810-087-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message RA1(2SA1)+RA2(2SA2)/WXR1(1SQ1):

(1) If the test does not give the maintenance message RA1(2SA1)+RA2(2SA2)/WXR1(1SQ1):

read the CLASS 3 FAULTS report for the maintenance message related to a radio altimeter fault.

(a) If the CLASS 3 FAULTS report gives the maintenance message RA1(2SA1)/WXR1(1SQ1):

1 If the fault continues:

remove the weather radar transceiver 1
remove the radio altimeter transceiver 1
do a check and repair the wiring from the radio altimeter transceiver 1 to the weather radar transceiver 1 : from pins AB/2G, 3G to pins AB/1C, 2C ASM 344102
install the weather radar transceiver 1
install the radio altimeter transceiver 1.

(b) If the CLASS 3 FAULTS report gives the maintenance message RA2(2SA2)/WXR1(1SQ1):

1 If the fault continues:

remove the weather radar transceiver 1
remove the radio altimeter transceiver 2
do a check and repair the wiring from the radio altimeter transceiver 2 to the weather radar transceiver 1 : from pins AB/2G, 3G to pins AB/5A, 6A ASM 344102.
install the weather radar transceiver 1
install the radio altimeter transceiver 2.

B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
