(1) Do the system test of the IR (system 3) AMM 34-14-00-740-004.

4. Fault Isolation

A. If the test gives the maintenance message MMR2-GPSSU2(40RT2-1SN2)/ADIRU3 (1FP3):

NOTE: In this case, the GPSSU2 message is for the GPS part of the MMR2.

(1) Do the BITE test of the MMR-2 [40RT2] AMM 34-36-00-740-003.
(a) If the test gives a fault message:

Do the related trouble shooting procedure.

(b) If the test does not give a fault message:

Do the BITE test of the MMR-1 [40RT1] AMM 34-36-00-740-003.

1 If the test gives a fault message:

Do the related trouble shooting procedure.

2 If the test does not give a fault message:
a Remove the MMR1 and the MMR2 AMM 34-36-31-000-001.
b Remove the ADIRU3 AMM 34-12-34-000-001.
c Do a check and repair: ASM 343602

The wiring from the MMR1 to the ADIRU3 :
. Pins AB/9E, 9F to pins AB/14D, 15D for the GNSS INPUT 3 DATA bus
. Pins AB/7E, 7F to pins AB/14J, 15J for the GNSS INPUT 3 TIME MARK bus.
The wiring from the MMR2 to the ADIRU3 :
. Pins AB/9E, 9F to pins AB/7C, 8C for the GNSS INPUT 3 DATA bus
. Pins AB/7E, 7F to pins AB/1C, 2C for the GNSS INPUT 3 TIME MARK bus.

d Install the MMR1 and the MMR2 AMM 34-36-31-400-001.
e Install the ADIRU3 AMM 34-12-34-400-001.
3 If the fault continues:

Replace the ADIRU-3 [1FP3] AMM 34-12-34-000-001 and AMM 34-12-34-400-001.
