read the CFDIU for the CURRENT STATUS of the IR1 (page 1) AMM 34-14-00-740-002
compare the CURRENT STATUS of the IR1 with the state of the GPS PRESENT programming pins AB/7D, 10D given in the ASM ASM 341201
do a check of the GPS PRESENT pin-programming on the rack connector.
