1. Possible Causes

SENSOR-ANGLE OF ATTACK, 3 [3FP3]
wiring from angle of attack sensor 3 (3FP3) pins A/B,N to the ground terminal
wiring from angle of attack sensor 3 (3FP3) pins A/A,M to the first terminal block

3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 34-11-00-740-110-A

A. Test
Do the Interface test of the ADR (system 3) AMM 34-13-00-740-002.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 34-11-00-810-080-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message AOA SENSOR 3FP3:

replace the SENSOR-ANGLE OF ATTACK, 3 [3FP3] AMM 34-11-19-000-001 and AMM 34-11-19-400-001.

(1) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair the wiring from the angle of attack sensor 3 (3FP3) to the AOA INPUTS 1 and 2 of the ADIRU3 (1FP3) ASM 341102

Subtask 34-11-00-810-080-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the test gives the maintenance message AOA SENSOR3 (3FP3):

(1) If there is 26VAC:

replace the SENSOR-ANGLE OF ATTACK, 3 [3FP3] AMM 34-11-19-000-001 and AMM 34-11-19-400-001.

(2) If there is no 26VAC:

do a check for a ground signal at pins A/B,N of the angle of attack sensor 3 (3FP3).

(a) If there is no ground signal:

repair the wiring from angle of attack sensor 3 (3FP3) pins A/B,N to the ground terminal ASM 341101.

(b) If there is a ground signal:

repair the wiring from angle of attack sensor 3 (3FP3) pins A/A,M to the first terminal block ASM 341101.
