NOTE: The Near End Of Life (NEOL) indicator is a LED light that flashes with double flash rate of 55 plus or minus 5 flashes in one minute, when the LED module is near degradation.
Subtask 33-48-00-710-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL A. Do a check of the aircraft logbook for entries related to the NEOL.
(1) If there is an entry related to the NEOL, obey the instructions.
(2) If there is no entry related to the NEOL indicator, do the operational test of the anti-collision lighting AMM 33-48-00-710-001.
(a) If the LED anti-collision light flashes with a double pulse:
4. Fault Isolation(1) If there is an entry related to the NEOL, obey the instructions.
(2) If there is no entry related to the NEOL indicator, do the operational test of the anti-collision lighting AMM 33-48-00-710-001.
(a) If the LED anti-collision light flashes with a double pulse:
- You can replace the LED light module. Go to the Para. Fault Isolation, or
- Make an entry in the applicable logbook and return the aircraft to service.
NOTE: The LED light module must be replaced in the next scheduled maintenance or in a maximum of 1000 FH.
Subtask 33-48-00-810-064-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Replace the LED light module of the LED anti-collision light 6LV or 7LV.
(1) Remove the LED anti-collision light 6LV AMM 33-48-12-000-001 or 7LV AMM 33-48-11-000-001.
(a) Replace the LED light module. Refer to CMM 334841.
(2) Install the LED anti-collision light 6LV AMM 33-48-12-400-001 or 7LV AMM 33-48-11-400-001.
5. Close-up(1) Remove the LED anti-collision light 6LV AMM 33-48-12-000-001 or 7LV AMM 33-48-11-000-001.
(a) Replace the LED light module. Refer to CMM 334841.
(2) Install the LED anti-collision light 6LV AMM 33-48-12-400-001 or 7LV AMM 33-48-11-400-001.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
