A. Test
Do the operational test of the taxi and take off lights AMM 33-46-00-710-001.
Then do the operational test of the runway turn off lights AMM 33-43-00-710-001.
4. Fault Isolation

A. If during the operational tests, only the taxi and take off lights do not operate correctly:
Subtask 33-46-00-810-053-A
B. If, during the operational tests, the integral lighting of the taxi, take off and runway turn off lights do not operate correctly:
  • Do a check of the circuit breaker LIGHTING/EXT LT/TAXI AND TAKE OFF/CTL (2LR) status.
   (1) If the circuit breaker is closed:
  • Do a check for a ground signal at the LGCIU-2 (5GA2) pin AB/11K.
     (a) If there is no ground signal:
     (b) If there is a ground signal:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at the pin 3 of the circuit breaker LIGHTING/EXT LT/TAXI AND TAKE OFF/CTL (2LR).
       1 If there is no 28VDC:
  • Replace the C/B-LIGHTING/EXT LT/TAXI AND TAKE OFF/CTL [2LR] .
       2 If there is 28VDC:
  • Do a check of the wiring between:
    . Pin AB/11K of the LGCIU-2 (5GA2) and the first terminal block ASM 334601
    . The circuit breaker (2LR) and pin AB/11K of the LGCIU2 (5GA2) through the related switches (2LC) and (4LR) and the related power supply relays (6LC), (5LR) and (6LR) ASM 334601 and ASM 334301.
         a If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the above wiring.
         b If there is continuity:
  • Repair the wiring from the circuit breaker (2LR) to the first terminal block ASM 334601.
   (2) If the circuit breaker is open:
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • Replace the C/B-LIGHTING/EXT LT/TAXI AND TAKE OFF/CTL [2LR] .
