A. Do the operational test of the landing lights AMM 33-42-00-710-001.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 33-42-00-810-050-A

A. If the test shows that the LANDING LIGHT 7LB (8LB) does not extend:

(1) If there is 115 VAC:

Replace the LT-LANDING, L [7LB] or LT-LANDING, R [8LB] AMM 33-42-11-000-001 and AMM 33-42-11-400-003.

(2) If there is no 115 VAC:
(a) FOR [7LB] (LT-LANDING, L)
1 Do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between:

5LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 8 and the related LANDING LIGHT connector A/B,
5LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 2 or 4 and the related LANDING LIGHT connector A/C,
GND and the related LANDING LIGHT connector A/K,
5LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 1 and 3LB CB,
5LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 5 and 3LB CB ASM 334201.

(b) FOR [8LB] (LT-LANDING, R)
1 Do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between:

6LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 8 and the related LANDING LIGHT connector A/B,
6LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 2 or 4 and the related LANDING LIGHT connector A/C,
GND and the related LANDING LIGHT connector A/K,
6LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 1 and 4LB CB,
6LB SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT pin 5 and 4LB CB ASM 334201.

(3) If the fault continues:

Replace the SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT 5LB or SWITCH-LAND/ON/OFF/RETRACT 6LB (Panel 25VU).
