A. Do the operational test of the navigation lights AMM 33-41-00-710-001

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 33-41-00-810-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. With the toggle switch NAV & LOGO 3LA in position 1.
(1) If the LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:

Replace the related lamp AMM 33-41-15-000-002 and AMM 33-41-15-400-002.

(a) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] and replace it if necessary AMM 33-41-15-000-001 and AMM 33-41-15-400-001.

(b) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] and replace it if necessary AMM 33-41-16-000-001 and AMM 33-41-16-400-001.

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] connector A/1 and XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/1,
XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/1 and RELAY (6LA) connector A/1,
LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] connector A/2 and XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/2,
XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/2 and GND ASM 334101.

(2) If the LT-NAVIGATION, L WING TIP [9LA] does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:
(a) Do a check of the related lamp or LED Light Module and replace it if necessary:
1 If the quartz lamp or halogen lamp is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-002 and AMM 33-41-11-400-002.
2 If the LED navigation light assembly is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-003 and AMM 33-41-11-400-003.
(b) If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
LT-NAVIGATION, L WING TIP [9LA] connector A/A and RELAY (6LA) connector A/1
LT-NAVIGATION, L WING TIP [9LA] connector A/B and GND ASM 334101.

Replace the related lamp assembly or LED Light Module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: Halogen lamp assembly and a LED Light Module assembly are interchangeable if one is not available.

(3) If the LT-NAVIGATION, R WING TIP [10LA] does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:
(a) Do a check of the related lamp or LED Light Module and replace it if necessary:
1 If the quartz lamp or halogen lamp is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-002 and AMM 33-41-11-400-002.
2 If the LED navigation light assembly is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-003 and AMM 33-41-11-400-003.
(b) If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
LT-NAVIGATION, R WING TIP [10LA] connector A/A and RELAY (6LA) connector B/1,
LT-NAVIGATION, R WING TIP [10LA] connector A/B and GND ASM 334101.

Replace the related lamp assembly or LED Light Module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: Halogen lamp assembly and a LED Light Module assembly are interchangeable if one is not available.

(4) If no navigation lights come on:

Do a check of the RELAY 6LA and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

(a) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the SWITCH 3LA and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

(b) If the fault continues:

do a check and repair the wiring between:
RELAY (6LA) connector A/2 and CB 1LA,
RELAY (6LA) connector B/2 and CB 1LA,
RELAY (6LA) connector X/1 and CB 1LA,
RELAY (6LA) connector X/2 and GND ASM 334101.

Subtask 33-41-00-810-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. With the toggle switch NAV & LOGO 3LA in position 2.
(1) If the LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:
(a) Do a check of the LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] and replace it if necessary AMM 33-41-15-000-001 and AMM 33-41-15-400-001.
(b) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] and replace it if necessary AMM 33-41-16-000-001 and AMM 33-41-16-400-001.

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] connector A/4 and XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/4,
XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/4 and RELAY (7LA) connector B/1,
LT-NAVIGATION, TAIL [15LA] connector A/5 and XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/5,
XFMR-TAIL NAVIGATION LIGHT [13LA] connector A/5 and GND ASM 334101.

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
LT-NAVIGATION, L WING TIP [9LA] connector A/D and RELAY (7LA) connector B/1
LT-NAVIGATION, L WING TIP [9LA] connector A/E and GND ASM 334101.

Replace the related lamp assembly or LED Light Module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: Halogen lamp assembly and a LED Light Module assembly are interchangeable if one is not available.

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
LT-NAVIGATION, R WING TIP [10LA] connector A/D and RELAY (7LA) connector A/1,
LT-NAVIGATION, R WING TIP [10LA] connector A/E and GND ASM 334101.

Replace the related lamp assembly or LED Light Module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: Halogen lamp assembly and a LED Light Module assembly are interchangeable if one is not available.

(4) If no navigation lights come on:

Do a check of the RELAY (7LA) and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

(a) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the SWITCH (3LA) and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

(b) If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
RELAY (7LA) connector A/2 and CB 2LA,
RELAY (7LA) connector B/2 and CB 2LA,
RELAY (7LA) connector X/1 and CB 2LA,
RELAY (7LA) connector X/2 and GND ASM 334101.

Subtask 33-41-00-810-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

C. With the toggle switch NAV & LOGO 3LA in position 1.
(1) If the rear navigation and strobe light assembly (16LA) does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:

Replace the LIGHT ASSY-NAV AND STROBE, REAR [16LA] AMM 33-41-17-000-801 and AMM 33-41-17-400-801.

(a) If the fault continues:

Replace the ADAPTOR PLATE-REAR NAV LIGHT [17LA] AMM 33-41-18-000-801 and AMM 33-41-18-400-801.

1 If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/1 of the rear navigation and strobe light assembly (16LA) and pin A/1 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA)
. Pin A/1 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA) and pin A/A1 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA)
. Pin A/2 of the rear navigation and strobe light assembly (16LA) and pin A/2 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA)
. Pin A/2 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA) and the ground ASM 334101.

(2) If the left wing-tip navigation-light (9LA) does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:
(a) Do a check of the related lamp or LED light module and replace it if necessary:
1 If the quartz lamp or halogen lamp is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-002 and AMM 33-41-11-400-002.
2 If the LED navigation-light assembly is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-003 and AMM 33-41-11-400-003.
a If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/A of the left wing-tip navigation-light (9LA) and pin A/A1 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA)
. Pin A/B of the left wing-tip navigation-light (9LA) and the ground ASM 334101.
* If the fault continues:
- Replace the related lamp assembly or LED light-module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: The halogen lamp assembly and the LED light-module assembly are interchangeable if one of them is not available.

(3) If the right wing-tip navigation-light (10LA) does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:
(a) Do a check of the related lamp or LED light module and replace it if necessary:
1 If the quartz lamp or halogen lamp is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-002 and AMM 33-41-11-400-002.
2 If the LED navigation light-assembly is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-003 and AMM 33-41-11-400-003.
a If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/A of the right wing-tip navigation-light (10LA) and pin A/B1 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA)
. Pin A/B of the right wing-tip navigation-light (10LA) and the ground ASM 334101.
* If the fault continues:
- Replace the related lamp assembly or LED light-module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: The halogen lamp assembly and the LED light-module assembly are interchangeable if one of them is not available.

(4) If no navigation light come on:

Do a check of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA) and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

(a) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the navigation and logo ON/OFF switch (3LA) and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

1 If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/A2 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA) and the circuit breaker (1LA),
. Pin A/B2 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA) and the circuit breaker (1LA),
. Pin A/X1 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA) and the circuit breaker (1LA),
. Pin A/X2 of the navigation and logo lights relay (6LA) and the ground ASM 334101.

Subtask 33-41-00-810-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

D. With the NAV & LOGO 3LA toggle switch in position 2.
(1) If the rear navigation and strobe light assembly (16LA) does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:

Replace the LIGHT ASSY-NAV AND STROBE, REAR [16LA] AMM 33-41-17-000-801 and AMM 33-41-17-400-801.

(a) If the fault continues:

Replace the ADAPTOR PLATE-REAR NAV LIGHT [17LA] AMM 33-41-18-000-801 and AMM 33-41-18-400-801.

1 If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/4 of the rear navigation and strobe light assembly (16LA) and pin A/4 rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA)
. Pin A/4 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA) and pin A/B1 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA)
. Pin A/5 of the rear navigation and strobe light assembly (16LA) and pin A/5 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA)
. Pin A/5 of the rear navigation-light adaptor-plate (17LA) and the ground ASM 334101.

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/D of the left wing-tip navigation-light (9LA) and pin A/B1 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA)
. Pin A/E of the left wing-tip navigation-light (9LA) and the ground ASM 334101.
* If the fault continues:
- Replace the related lamp assembly or LED light-module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: The halogen lamp assembly and the LED light-module assembly are interchangeable if one of them is not available.

(3) If the right wing-tip navigation-light (10LA) does not come on, but one or more navigation lights come on:
(a) Do a check of the related lamp or LED light module and replace it if necessary:
1 If the quartz lamp or halogen lamp is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-002 and AMM 33-41-11-400-002.
2 If the LED navigation-light assembly is installed: AMM 33-41-11-000-003 and AMM 33-41-11-400-003.
a If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/D of the right wing-tip navigation-light (10LA) and pin A/A1 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA)
. Pin A/E of the right wing-tip navigation-light (10LA) and the ground ASM 334101.
* If the fault continues:
- Replace the related lamp assembly or LED light-module assembly if necessary AMM 33-41-11-000-001 and AMM 33-41-11-400-001.

NOTE: The halogen lamp assembly and the LED light-module assembly are interchangeable if one of them is not available.

(4) If no navigation light come on:

Do a check of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA) and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

(a) If the fault continues:

Do a check of the navigation and logo ON/OFF switch (3LA) and replace it if necessary ASM 334101.

1 If the fault continues:

Do a check and repair the wiring between:
. Pin A/A2 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA) and the circuit breaker (2LA),
. Pin A/B2 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA) and the circuit breaker (2LA),
. Pin A/X1 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA) and the circuit breaker (2LA),
. Pin A/X2 of the navigation 2 and logo lights relay (7LA) and the ground ASM 334101.
