3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 33-37-00-710-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Do the operational test of the hydraulic compartment lighting AMM 33-37-00-710-001.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 33-37-00-810-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the operational test confirms the fault in one light:
  • replace the lamp .
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the related HYD COMPT LIGHT pin 1 ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 4 and the related HYD COMPT LIGHT pin 1 ASM 333701.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    GND and the related HYD COMPT LIGHT pin 2 ASM 333701.

B. If the operational test confirms the fault in two lights:
  • replace the two lamps.
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the two HYD COMPT LIGHTS, pins 1 ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check of the SW-LT ON [12LL] and replace it if necessary.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 5 and C/B (2LL),
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 4 and HYD COMPT LIGHT (9LL) pin 1,
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 4 and HYD COMPT LIGHT (10LL) pin 1,
    HYD COMPT LIGHT (10LL) pin 2 and GND,
    HYD COMPT LIGHT (9LL) pin 2 and GND ASM 333701.

C. If the operational test confirms the fault in one light:
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the related HYD COMPT LIGHT pin A/A ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 4 and the related HYD COMPT LIGHT pin A/A ASM 333701.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    GND and the related HYD COMPT LIGHT pin A/B ASM 333701.

D. If the operational test confirms the fault in two lights:
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the two HYD COMPT LIGHTS, pins A/A ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check of the SW-LT ON [12LL] and replace it if necessary.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 5 and C/B (2LL),
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 4 and HYD COMPT LIGHT (9LL) pin A/A,
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 4 and HYD COMPT LIGHT (10LL) pin A/A,
    GND and HYD COMPT LIGHT (10LL) pin A/B,
    GND and HYD COMPT LIGHT (9LL) pin A/B ASM 333701.
