3. Fault Confirmation
Subtask 33-37-00-710-050-A
A. Do the operational test of the wheel well lighting AMM 33-37-00-710-001.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 33-37-00-810-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the operational test confirms the fault in one light:
  • replace the lamp .
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the related WHEEL WELL LIGHT pin 1 ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 1 and the related WHEEL WELL LIGHT pin 1 ASM 333701.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    GND and the related WHEEL WELL LIGHT pin 2 ASM 333701.

B. If the operational test confirms the fault in two lights:
  • replace the two lamps.
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the two WHEEL WELL LIGHTS, pins 1 ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check of the SW-LT ON [12LL] and replace it if necessary.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 2 and C/B (2LL),
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 1 and WHEEL WELL LIGHT (7LL) pin 1,
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 1 and WHEEL WELL LIGHT (8LL) pin 1,
    WHEEL WELL LIGHT (8LL) pin 2 and GND,
    WHEEL WELL LIGHT (7LL) pin 2 and GND ASM 333701.

C. If the operational test confirms the fault in one light:
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the related WHEEL WELL LIGHT pin A/A ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 1 and the related WHEEL WELL LIGHT pin A/A ASM 333701.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    GND and the related WHEEL WELL LIGHT pin A/B ASM 333701.

D. If the operational test confirms the fault in two lights:
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • do a check for 28VDC at the two WHEEL WELL LIGHTS, pins A/A ASM 333701.
     (a) If there is approx. 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • do a check of the SW-LT ON [12LL] and replace it if necessary.
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring between:
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 2 and C/B (2LL),
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 1 and WHEEL WELL LIGHT (7LL) pin A/A,
    SWITCH (12LL) pin 1 and WHEEL WELL LIGHT (8LL) pin A/A,
    GND and WHEEL WELL LIGHT (8LL) pin A/B,
    GND and WHEEL WELL LIGHT (7LL) pin A/B ASM 333701.
