Subtask 33-31-00-710-050-A 4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 33-31-00-810-050-A
A. If the operational test confirms the fault in one light:
Subtask 33-31-00-810-051-A - replace the lamp.
- do a check for 28 VDC at the related SERVICE AREA LIGHT pin 1 ASM 333101.
- replace the related SERVICE AREA LIGHT AMM 33-31-11-000-001 and AMM 33-31-11-400-001.
- do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between the:
related SERVICE AREA LIGHT pin 1 and ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ pin 1,
related SERVICE AREA LIGHT pin 2 and GND ASM 333101.
- do a check of the ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ and replace it if necessary.
- do a check and repair the wiring between:
ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ pin 2 and CB 1LJ ASM 333101.
B. If the test confirms the fault in the two lights:
Subtask 33-31-00-710-053-A - replace the two lamps .
- do a check for 28 VDC at the two SERVICE AREA LIGHTS pin 1 ASM 333101.
- replace the two MAINT. LIGHT [5LJ] AMM 33-31-11-000-001 and AMM 33-31-11-400-001.
- do a check of the ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ and replace it if necessary.
- do a check and repair the wiring between:
ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ pin 2 and CB 1LJ,
ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ pin 1 and SERVICE AREA LIGHT 5LJ pin 1,
ON-OFF SWITCH 3LJ pin 1 and SERVICE AREA LIGHT 4LJ pin 1,
SERVICE AREA LIGHT 5LJ pin 2 and GND,
SERVICE AREA LIGHT 4LJ pin 2 and GND ASM 333101.
C. Do the test as given in the Para. 3.A .

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
