Subtask 33-12-00-710-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
Do the operational test of the general illumination AMM 33-12-00-710-001.
NOTE: Do this test for the dome lights only.
Subtask 33-12-00-710-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
   (1) Do the operational test of the general illumination AMM 33-12-00-710-001.
NOTE: Do this test for the dome lights only.
   (2) If light is off during the test:
     (a) If the F/O dome light (44LE) does not come on when the integral light/dome switch (14LE) is in the DIM position:
  • Go to Para. A.
     (b) If the F/O dome light (44LE) does not come on when integral light/dome switch (14LE) is in the BRT position:
  • Go to Para. B.
     (c) If the F/O dome light (44LE) does not come on when the integral light/dome switch (14LE) is in the DIM position and in the BRT position:
  • Go to Para. C.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 33-12-00-810-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If, during the operational test:
   (1) One First Officer light does not operate correctly:
  • Remove the First Officer light AMM 33-12-11-000-002.
  • Make sure that there is 28VDC at the lamp socket.
     (a) If there is 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
   (2) Two First Officer dome lights (162LE) and (164LE) or (166LE) and (168LE) do not operate correctly:
  • Do a check for a ground signal at pin 3H of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) in the BRT position ASM 331201.
     (a) If there is no ground signal:
  • Repair the wiring between pin 3H of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) and the ground terminal ASM 331201.
     (b) If there is a ground signal
  • Do a check and repair the wiring of the related First Officer dome lights ASM 331201.
   (3) The four First Officer dome lights do not operate correctly:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin 1C of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
     (a) If there is 28VDC:
  • Do a check for continuity ASM 331201 between:
    . Pin 1C of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) and pin 2C of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE)
    . Pin 2H of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) and pin 1H of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE).
       1 If there is no continuity:
       2 If there is continuity:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring ASM 331201 between:
    . Pin 2C of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) and pin 2H of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE)
    . Pin 1H of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) and the first branch point
    . The ground and the first branch point.
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • Do a check and repair the wiring between pin 1C of the INT LT/DOME switch (14LE) and the first branch point ASM 331201.
Subtask 33-12-00-810-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If during the operational test, on the F/O side:
   (1) One, two or three light lines do not operate correctly at the F/O station:
   (2) The four light lines do not operate correctly at the F/O station:
  • Do a check for a ground signal at pin A/D of the F/O dome light (44LE) ASM 331201.
     (a) If there is no ground signal:
  • Repair the wiring between pin A/D of the receptacle of the F/O dome light (44LE) and the ground.
     (b) If there is a ground signal:
  • Do a check for continuity between pin A/A of the receptacle of the F/O dome light (44LE) and pin 1H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
       1 If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring .
       2 If there is continuity:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin 2H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
         a If there is 28VDC:
  • Replace SW-INT LT/DOME [14LE] .
         b If there is no 28VDC:
  • Repair the wiring between pin 2H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) and the first branch point.
Subtask 33-12-00-810-086-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If during the operational test, on the F/O side:
   (1) One, two or three light lines do not operate correctly at the F/O station:
  • Make sure that there is 28VDC at the related light receptacle.
     (a) If there is 28VDC:
     (b) If there is no 28VDC:
  • Repair the wiring between the related pins A/C and/or A/F and/or A/E of the receptacle of the F/O dome light (44LE).
   (2) The four light lines station do not operate correctly at the F/O station:
  • Do a check for a ground signal at pin 3H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
     (a) If there is no ground signal:
  • Repair the wiring between pin 3H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) and the ground.
     (b) If there is a ground signal:
  • Do a check for a ground signal at pin 1H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
       1 If there is no ground signal:
  • Replace SW-INT LT/DOME [14LE] .
       2 If there is a ground signal:
  • Do a check for continuity between pin 1H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) and pin A/A of the receptacle of the F/O dome light (44LE) ASM 331201.
         a If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring.
         b If there is continuity:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin A/C or A/B or A/F or A/E of the receptacle of the F/O dome light (44LE) ASM 331201.
    * If there is 28VDC:
  • Replace LT-DOME, F/O [44LE] AMM 33-12-11-000-802 and AMM 33-12-11-400-802.
    * If there is no 28VDC:
  • Do a check for continuity between the first branch point and pin 3F of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
    ** If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring.
    ** If there is continuity:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin 1F of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
    ** If there is 28VDC:
  • Replace SW-INT LT/DOME [14LE] .
    ** If there is no 28VDC:
  • Repair the wiring between pin 1F of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) and the first branch point.
Subtask 33-12-00-810-087-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. If during the operational test, on the F/O side:
   (1) The four light lines do not operate correctly at the F/O station:
  • Do a check for continuity between pin A/A of the receptacle of the F/O dome light (44LE) and pin 1H of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
     (a) If there is no continuity:
  • Repair the wiring.
     (b) If there is continuity:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin 2A of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
       1 If there is 28VDC:
  • Repair the wiring between pin 2C of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) and the first branch point.
       2 If there is no 28VDC:
  • Do a check for 28VDC at pin 1C of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) ASM 331201.
         a If there is 28VDC:
  • Replace SW-INT LT/DOME [14LE] .
         b If there is no 28VDC:
  • Repair the wiring between pin 1C of the receptacle of the integral light/dome switch (14LE) and the cockpit-dome emergency-light lighting circuit-breaker (1LE).
