4. Fault IsolationSubtask 32-51-00-810-115-A
A. If there is noise and vibrations from the nose wheel steering:
- Do a check of integrity of the screws that attach the SERVO CTL-N/W STEERING [6GC] to the NLG leg, and the screws that attach the nose-wheel servo-valve to the nose-wheel steering servo-control SERVO CTL-N/W STEERING [6GC] .
If the screws are damaged, replace the screws AMM 32-51-51-000-001 and AMM 32-51-51-400-001.
- Replace the nose-wheel steering servo-valve AMM 32-51-51-000-002 and AMM 32-51-51-400-002.
NOTE: It is recommended to install the last servo valve P/N A68982-004 (SN > 1340) to decrease noise and vibrations.
(2) If the fault continues and if the BSCU [10GG] P/N E21327XXX or E21327XXX Amdt A or Amdt B is installed: - Remove the BSCU [10GG] and install the BSCU (10GG) P/N E21327XXX Amdt C or subsequent AMM 32-42-34-000-001 and AMM 32-42-34-400-001.
NOTE: It is recommended to install a BSCU [10GG] P/N E21327XXX Amdt C or subsequent to decrease noise and vibrations.
(3) If the fault continues:- Replace the SERVO CTL-N/W STEERING [6GC] AMM 32-51-51-000-001 and AMM 32-51-51-400-001.
- Do the trouble shooting (Ref. TSM TASK 32-20-00-810-801).
