Loss of the Signal from the ELAC 2 to the BSCU (Identified by the SYS 2)
1. Possible Causes
- BSCU [10GG]
wiring from the BSCU (10GG), pins AA/14B, 14C, 7B, 7J to the first terminal block
A. Referenced Information
| REFERENCE | DESIGNATION |
|---|---|
| AMM 32-42-34-000-001 | Removal of the Braking/Steering Control Unit (BSCU) |
| AMM 32-42-34-400-001 | Installation of the Braking/Steering Control Unit (BSCU) |
| AMM 32-46-00-740-001 | BITE Test of the BSCU |
| ASM 325101 |
Subtask 32-51-00-740-108-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
(1) Do a reset of the BSCU with the A/SKID AND NOSE WHEEL switch (5GG).
(2) Do the BITE test of the BSCU AMM 32-46-00-740-001.
4. Fault Isolation(1) Do a reset of the BSCU with the A/SKID AND NOSE WHEEL switch (5GG).
(2) Do the BITE test of the BSCU AMM 32-46-00-740-001.
Subtask 32-51-00-810-105-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the test gives the maintenance message ELAC 2(2CE2)/BSCU(10GG):
Subtask 32-51-00-740-109-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - replace the BSCU [10GG] AMM 32-42-34-000-001 and AMM 32-42-34-400-001.
- do a check and repair the
wiring from the BSCU (10GG), pins AA/14B, 14C, 7B, 7J to the first terminal block ASM 325101.
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
