Subtask 32-42-00-810-268-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If there was vibration in all of the aircraft and if the vibration occurred in the conditions that follow:
(a) Do a check of the last 70 flight cycles in the aircraft log book:
1 If, with this set of brakes, there was one high-level vibration entry in the last 70 flight cycles, replace the brake assembly:
(2) If the vibration level is not high:
(a) Go to the Para. 4.B.
Subtask 32-42-00-810-098-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - While you applied pedal braking
- Only at a taxi speed of less than 10 knots (18.5 km/h) when aircraft was close to a stop
- When the temperature of the brakes was more than 200 deg.C (392 deg.F).
NOTE: The flight crew or the Aircraft Condition Monitoring System (ACMS) (when installed) makes an estimate of the vibration level. The BRAKE VIBRATION DETECTED SEVERE report shows a high vibration level.
NOTE: If many different vibrations occur during the same flight, make only one entry, with the highest level.
(1) If the vibration level is high: (a) Do a check of the last 70 flight cycles in the aircraft log book:
1 If, with this set of brakes, there was one high-level vibration entry in the last 70 flight cycles, replace the brake assembly:
- BRAKE-WHEEL 2 [2641GM] and
- BRAKE-WHEEL 4 [2642GM] and
- BRAKE-WHEEL 1 [2643GM] and

- BRAKE-WHEEL 2 [2641GM] and

(2) If the vibration level is not high:
(a) Go to the Para. 4.B.
B. If vibration and noise occur during braking:
Subtask 32-42-00-810-098-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL - do an inspection/check of the wheels AMM 32-41-00-210-002.
- do an inspection/check of the brake AMM 32-42-27-210-001.
- replace the defective BRAKE-WHEEL 2 [2641GM] or BRAKE-WHEEL 4 [2642GM] or BRAKE-WHEEL 1 [2643GM] or BRAKE-WHEEL 3 [2644GM] . AMM 32-42-27-000-001 and AMM 32-42-27-400-001
- remove the wheel to do a check of the wheel balance AMM 32-41-11-000-006.
- replace the defective WHEEL-MLG, 2 [2649GM] or WHEEL-MLG, 4 [2650GM] or WHEEL-MLG, 1 [2651GM] or WHEEL-MLG, 3 [2652GM] . AMM 32-41-11-000-006 and AMM 32-41-11-400-006
B. If vibration and noise occur during braking:
Subtask 32-42-00-710-053-A - Do an inspection/check of the wheels AMM 32-41-00-210-002.
- Do an inspection/check of the brake AMM 32-42-27-210-001.
- Replace the defective BRAKE-WHEEL 2 [2641GM] or BRAKE-WHEEL 4 [2642GM] or BRAKE-WHEEL 1 [2643GM] or BRAKE-WHEEL 3 [2644GM] . AMM 32-42-27-000-001 and AMM 32-42-27-400-001
- Remove the wheel to do a check of the wheel balance AMM 32-41-11-000-006.
- Replace the defective WHEEL-MLG, 2 [2649GM] or WHEEL-MLG, 4 [2650GM] or WHEEL-MLG, 1 [2651GM] or WHEEL-MLG, 3 [2652GM] . AMM 32-41-11-000-006 and AMM 32-41-11-400-006
C. After the subsequent flight, make sure that the fault does not continue.
