Subtask 32-31-00-710-078-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Test
   (1) Do a check of the PFR:
     (a) If one or more of these CFDS messages are shown, do the subsequent step:
  • LGCIU1(5GA1)BUS1 INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU1(5GA1)BUS2 INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU1(5GA1)BUS3 INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU1(5GA1)INTER LGCIU BUS INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU2(5GA2)BUS1 INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU2(5GA2)BUS2 INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU2(5GA2)BUS3 INTERNAL FEEDBACK
  • LGCIU2(5GA2)INTER LGCIU BUS INTERNAL FEEDBACK.
   (2) At an MCDU get access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST L/G page for the LGCIU that reports the fault AMM 31-32-00-860-009:
     (a) Push the line key adjacent to REPORT PREVIOUS LEGS:
  • If none of the messages in Para.(1) (a) are shown in the previous legs report. Do the fault isolation procedure in Para. 4.A. (1)
  • If one or more of the messages in Para. (1) (a) are shown on the previous legs report. Do the fault isolation procedure in Para. 4.A. (4)
  • If there is a record of INTERNAL FEEDBACK faults in the aircraft log. Do the fault isolation procedure in Para. 4.A. (4).
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 32-31-00-810-151-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Procedure
   (1) If this is the first time the fault has been shown, do a BITE test of the LGCIU shown on the PFR AMM 32-69-00-740-001.
     (a) If the test is not OK, do the troubleshooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
     (b) If the test is OK, do the subsequent step.
   (2) Make a record of the serial number of the LGCIU that gives the fault.
     (a) If the LGCIU that gives the fault is in the LGCIU-1 position, interchange LGCIU-1 with LGCIU-2, AMM 32-31-71-000-001 and AMM 32-31-71-400-001.
     (b) If the LGCIU that gives the fault is in the LGCIU-2 position, keep it in LGCIU-2 position.
NOTE: The LGCIU which is thought to be unserviceable can be used on the subsequent flight if it is in the LGCIU-2 position.
   (3) Make a record in the aircraft log to do a check for an INTERNAL FEEDBACK fault after the subsequent flight.
   (4) If the same fault has been recorded before on the LGCIU with the same serial number, replace that defective LGCIU-1 [5GA1] or LGCIU-2 [5GA2] , AMM 32-31-71-000-001 and AMM 32-31-71-400-001.
