A. Test
(1) Do the operational check of the brightness control through the MCDU AMM 31-60-00-740-010.

4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 31-63-82-810-152-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. If the DU E/WD(4WT1) message comes into view:
(1) Replace DU-ECAM, UPPER [4WT1] AMM 31-63-22-000-001 and AMM 31-63-22-400-001.
(2) Do the test(s) given in the Para. Fault Confirmation.

Subtask 31-63-82-810-153-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. If the DU E/WD(4WT1) / BRIGHTNESS message comes into view and if the flight crew confirmed that the brightness was too low:
(1) Replace DU-ECAM, UPPER [4WT1] AMM 31-63-22-000-001 and AMM 31-63-22-400-001.
(2) Do the test(s) given in the Para. Fault Confirmation.
