Subtask 31-63-82-860-068-A
B. Job Set-up
   (1) Do the EIS start procedure (F/O PFD and F/O ND only) AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
   (2) When the PFD and the ND images come into view on the F/O PFD and the F/O ND:
  • push the F/O PFD/ND XFR pushbutton switch (9WT2) on the panel 500VU.
Subtask 31-63-82-700-068-A
C. Test
Make sure that the transfer is not possible.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 31-63-82-810-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the transfer is not possible:
  • Make sure that the circuit breaker EIS/RLY/BOX/F/O (17WT2) is not tripped or faulty
  • Make sure that the circuit breaker EIS/PFD F/O/SWTG (22WT2) is not tripped or faulty
  • Make sure that the circuit breaker EIS/ND F/O/SWTG (23WT2) is not tripped or faulty
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • replace the P/BSW-PFD/ND XFR, F/O [9WT2] .
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • replace the RELAY BOX-F/O PFD-ND XFR (20WT2).
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring from F/O PFD/ND XFR pushbutton switch (9WT2) pins 1, 2 to F/O PFD-ND transfer relay box (20WT2) pin 1D, X2.
Subtask 31-63-82-810-067-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the EIS-DMC selector switch (18WT) is at NORM and you cannot get the image on the F/O ND DU:
  • do a check for a ground signal at the pin AB-2K of the DMC2 (1WT2)
   (1) If there is a ground signal:
   (2) If there is no ground signal :
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin AB-2K of the DMC2 (1WT2) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
Subtask 31-63-82-810-128-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the EIS-DMC selector switch (18WT) is at F/O/3 and you cannot get the image on the F/O ND DU:
  • do a check for a ground signal at the pin AB-2K of the DMC3 (1WT3)
   (1) If there is a ground signal:
   (2) If there is no ground signal :
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin AB-2K of the DMC3 (1WT3) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
Subtask 31-63-82-810-129-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. If you cannot get the image at the F/O ND DU when the EIS DMC selector switch is at NORM or at F/O/3 position:
  • do a check for a ground signal at the pin 2 of the F/O PFD/ND XFR pushbutton switch (9WT2)
   (1) If there is no ground signal :
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin 2 of the F/O PFD/ND XFR (9WT2) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
   (2) If there is a ground signal:
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin 1 of the F/O PFD/ND XFR (9WT2) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
     (a) If the wiring is correct:
  • replace the P/BSW-PFD/ND XFR, F/O [9WT2]
Subtask 31-63-82-700-069-A
D. Push the F/O PFD/ND XFR pushbutton switch (9WT2) and make sure that the transfer is possible.
5. Close-up
Subtask 31-63-82-860-069-A
A. Do the EIS stop procedure AMM 31-60-00-860-002.
