C. Test
Make sure that the transfer is not possible.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 31-63-82-810-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the transfer is not possible:
  • Make sure that the circuit breaker EIS/RLY/BOX/CAPT (17WT1) is not tripped or faulty
  • Make sure that the circuit breaker EIS/PFD CAPT/SWTG (22WT1) is not tripped or faulty
  • Make sure that the circuit breaker EIS/ND CAPT/SWTG (23WT1) is not tripped or faulty
   (1) If the fault continues:
  • replace the P/BSW-PFD/ND XFR, CAPT [9WT1]
   (2) If the fault continues:
  • replace the RELAY BOX-CAPT PFD-ND XFR (20WT1).
   (3) If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair the wiring from CAPT PFD/ND XFR pushbutton switch (9WT1) pins 1, 2 to CAPT PFD-ND transfer relay box (20WT1) pins 1D, X2.
Subtask 31-63-82-810-066-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. If the EIS-DMC selector switch (18WT) is at NORM and you cannot get the image on the CAPT ND DU:
  • do a check for a ground signal at the pin AB-2A of the DMC1 (1WT1)
   (1) If there is a ground signal:
   (2) If there is no ground signal :
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin AB-2A of the DMC1 (1WT1) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
Subtask 31-63-82-810-126-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. If the EIS-DMC selector switch (18WT) is at CAPT/3 and you cannot get the image on the CAPT ND DU:
  • do a check for a ground signal at the pin AB-2A of the DMC3 (1WT3)
   (1) If there is a ground signal:
   (2) If there is no ground signal :
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin AB-2A of the DMC3 (1WT3) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
Subtask 31-63-82-810-127-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
C. If you cannot get the image at the CAPT ND DU when the EIS DMC selector switch is at NORM or at CAPT/3 position:
  • do a check for a ground signal at the pin 2 of the CAPT PFD/ND XFR pushbutton switch (9WT1)
   (1) If there is no ground signal :
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin 2 of the CAPT PFD/ND XFR (9WT1) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
   (2) If there is a ground signal:
  • do a check and repair the wiring from the pin 1 of the CAPT PFD/ND XFR (9WT1) to the first terminal block ASM 316801
     (a) If the wiring is correct:
  • replace the P/BSW-PFD/ND XFR, CAPT [9WT1] .
Subtask 31-63-82-700-067-A
