A. Reset the DU
(1) On the overhead C/B panel (121VU):

open then close the circuit breaker 10WT2

(a) If the DISPLAY SYSTEM VERSION INCONSISTENCY message is not shown on the F/O PFD DU and the F/O ND DU

no maintenance action is necessary.

(b) If the DISPLAY SYSTEM VERSION INCONSISTENCY message is shown on the F/O PFD DU and on the F/O ND DU

do the following test.

Do the EIS System Test AMM 31-60-00-740-004

A. If the test gives the maintenance message INVALID LRU IDENT:

Do the LRU Identification Check AMM 31-60-00-740-011

(1) Make sure that the EIS software P/N of the DMC2 is the same as the EIS software P/N on the microdisk that is in the storage box.
(a) If the part numbers are the same:

replace the DMC-2 [1WT2] AMM 31-63-34-000-001 AMM 31-63-34-400-001

(b) If the part numbers are not the same:

do the uploading of the DMC2 AMM 31-60-00-610-803

B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A
