TASK 31-61-00-810-802-A
Failure of the ECAM Control Panel

1. Possible Causes
  • CTL PNL-ECAM [6WT]
  • wiring from the circuit breaker (15WT) to the ECAM control panel (6WT)
  • C/B-EIS/ECAM/CTL/PNL [15WT]
2. Job Set-up Information

Subtask 31-61-00-710-052-A
A. Test
Do the operational test of the central warning systems (FWC) AMM 31-50-00-710-001.
4. Fault Isolation
Subtask 31-61-00-810-051-A
A. If the test gives the maintenance message ECP:
  • do a check of the status of the circuit breaker (15WT)
   (1) If the circuit breaker (15WT) is closed:
     (a) If the fault continues:
  • do a check of the wiring from the circuit breaker (15WT) to the ECAM control panel (6WT) pin B/S and A/S , ASM 316102.
1 If there is no continuity:
  • repair the wiring.
       2 If there is continuity:
  • replace the C/B-EIS/ECAM/CTL/PNL [15WT]
   (2) If the circuit breaker (15WT) is open:
  • close the circuit breaker.
     (a) If the circuit breaker trips:
  • replace the CTL PNL-ECAM [6WT] .
       1 If the fault continues:
  • do a check and repair for a short to ground the wiring between the circuit breaker (15WT) and the ECAM control panel (6WT).
     (b) If the circuit breaker stays closed and the fault continues:
  • replace the CTL PNL-ECAM [6WT] .
Subtask 31-61-00-710-053-A
