4. Fault IsolationSubtask 31-54-00-810-227-A
A. If an unwanted (spurious) DOOR STAIRS warning/indication is shown on the ECAM display units:
NOTE: This task is only applicable if the airstairs function is not installed.
(1) Read the pin programming related to the SDAC 1 AMM 31-50-00-740-002.
(a) Do a check of the tenth bit from the left side and on the first line of the SDAC hard pin programming.
1 If the tenth bit is set to logic state 1:
a Continue the trouble shooting procedure (go to step A.(2)).
2 If the tenth bit is set to logic state 0:
a Do a check for a short to ground between the SDAC 1 (1WV1) pin AD/1B and the first terminal block 1851VT ASM 315405:
(a) Do a check of the tenth bit from the left side and on the first line of the SDAC hard pin programming.
1 If the tenth bit is set to logic state 1:
a Continue the trouble shooting procedure (go to step A.(3)).
2 If the tenth bit is set to logic state 0:
a Do a check for a short to ground between the SDAC 2 (1WV2) pin AD/1B and the first terminal block 1860VT ASM 315406:
Make sure that the warning/indication is not shown.
(a) If the warning/indication is not shown:
NOTE: This task is only applicable if the airstairs function is not installed.

2 If the tenth bit is set to logic state 0:
a Do a check for a short to ground between the SDAC 1 (1WV1) pin AD/1B and the first terminal block 1851VT ASM 315405:
- If there is a short to ground: repair the wiring .
- If there is no short to ground: replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.

Make sure that the warning/indication is not shown.
(a) If the warning/indication is not shown:
- Replace SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
- Install SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
- Replace SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-000-001 .
NOTE: If the warning/indication stays on the ECAM display units, then a failure of the SDACs is not the cause of this ECAM warning/indication.
