B. Make sure that the ECAM warning C/B TRIPPED ON OVHD PNL is shown on the upper ECAM DU.
4. Fault IsolationSubtask 31-54-00-865-141-A
A. Table of the circuit breakers used in this procedure:
Subtask 31-54-00-810-174-A | PANEL | DESIGNATION | FIN | LOCATION |
|---|---|---|---|
| ** ON A/C ALL | |||
| 49VU | SDAC/1/SPLY | 3WV | F04 |
| 121VU | EIS/SDAC/2/SPLY | 2WV | Q06 |
B. If the upper ECAM DU gives the ECAM warning C/B TRIPPED ON OVHD PNL:
(a) Open the circuit breaker SDAC/1/SPLY (3WV).
1 If the ECAM warning C/B TRIPPED ON OVHD PNL goes out of view:
1 If the ECAM warning C/B TRIPPED ON OVHD PNL goes out of view:
1 If there is an isolation fault:
Subtask 31-54-00-860-063-A - do a check of the status of the circuit breakers on the overhead C/B panel (49VU).
(a) Open the circuit breaker SDAC/1/SPLY (3WV).
1 If the ECAM warning C/B TRIPPED ON OVHD PNL goes out of view:
- replace the SDAC-1 [1WV1] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
- close the circuit breaker SDAC/1/SPLY (3WV).
- do the actions given in Para. 4.B.(1)(b).
1 If the ECAM warning C/B TRIPPED ON OVHD PNL goes out of view:
- replace the SDAC-2 [1WV2] AMM 31-55-34-000-001 and AMM 31-55-34-400-001.
- close the circuit breaker EIS/SDAC/2/SPLY (2WV).
- do a check and repair the wiring ASM 315402:
. from SDAC1 (1WV1) connector AD/12A to the first terminal block.
. from SDAC2 (1WV2) connector AD/12A to the first terminal block.
- do a check for a grounded circuit breaker .
- replace the grounded circuit breaker.
NOTE: On the ground, you must not close a tripped circuit breaker without trouble shooting of the related system.
(a) Do an isolation check of the wiring between the circuit breaker and the related system ASM 315406: 1 If there is an isolation fault:
- repair the wiring between the circuit breaker and the related system.
- Close the tripped circuit breaker(s).
C. Test
(1) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
(2) Make sure that the ECAM warning is out of view.
(3) Do the EIS stop procedure AMM 31-60-00-860-002.
(1) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) AMM 31-60-00-860-001.
(2) Make sure that the ECAM warning is out of view.
